Pros/Cons
Pros
- The ability to generate reports with or without SQL is a great advantage filtering is very responsive and in all very intuitive with data.
- Great customer support - I always get an almost immediate response, with great follow-through. Reliability - all things considered, it is down very seldom.
- The greatest benefit we see with QuickBase is the ability to respond quickly to our business needs. The product is flexible and easy to change.
Cons
- Conversion and data migration took a while, not because of QuickBase but because of how horridly "dirty" the data were on the sales management side.
- If a server goes down, all work has to stop. The same thing stops if it's overloaded.
- It takes a lot of clicks to get somewhere. A minor issue really, but I find it irritating to have to 10 things to get what I want because the search function isn't particularly sensitive.
Pros
- It is best for beginners who don't have much knowledge of building complex databases. It has a superb way of building databases from the excel sheets.
- Excellent Cloud access to innovative technologies and great integration with third-party solutions and also for support multiple languages.
- Powerful automation with easy workflow management and Clouds integration that makes it easy to collect and analyze data with effective collaboration to develop quality app faster.
Cons
- Every time the problem was with their servers or software. I could go WEEKS struggling with an issue and get no help from customer service.
- On premise application is forever stuck in Beta, there is no choice but to use Zoho's slow servers. URL and mobile app customization is not possible.
- There should be more improvement in it. Except for this problem I don’t have any other problem with Zoho Creator.
