  • Pros

  • Great price and support. Easy to understand and use.

  • Easy to customise to suit our needs and the support is fantastic and prompt

  • Cons

  • Its very manual and doesn't really let you sort with your own parameters/create your own invoice numbers. I think that the search option could be made easier.

  • The only real negative that I can think of is that you are unable to block holidays off to prevent inadvertently making appointments.

  • Pros

  • Love this CRM due to the fact it is so easy to use. The training really is self explanatory and I LOVE the reports it can run.

  • Very Easy to use. It can fill almost every need we need

  • Cons

  • Some of the features are a little generic and could be a little more updated with the times. Overall it is a good product.

  • Not the prettiest software to look at but gets the job done.
