I use RealtyJuggler to make sure I don’t miss dates, stay in touch with every lead so I don’t lose them, and help them keep working on what they need to do. #### Pros I use RealtyJuggler to keep track of my transactions, important dates, leads, conversations, and follow-up tasks. It helps me keep control of everything, make sure I don’t miss dates, and stay in contact with my leads. The setup was super easy, and I had no issues. I can access my thousands of contacts anytime and keep tabs on each one. I think the price and what it offers are perfect for me. #### Cons I think the main thing RealtyJuggler could improve is connecting everyone in my office. I’d like us to be able to share leads, let the broker keep an eye on what agents log, and let the broker set up tasks for agents. I also like the deal tracking and how fast it is to use - with just a couple of clicks I'm exactly where I need to be. I like that emails I send through RealtyJuggler get delivered and are tracked, so I can see who opens them. #### Cons I have a love-hate thing with how RealtyJuggler makes me focus on what I need to do. Sometimes I want to see absolutely everything at once, but if I'm working on making calls, that would be distracting. It also includes customizable letter templates, email campaigns, text messaging through Twilio.com (optional, I don’t use it) postcard integrations, automatic backups with record recovery, and CSV export in a variety of formats. My data is portable if I ever needed to move it. It also receives leads from landing pages and any site with a “Contact Me” sort of form. And it imports from services like Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and Zapier, and will import directly from other CRMs, MLS records, and tax records, with repeatable one-click imports from sources like TheRedX and Landvoice. That made the initial data migration from Wise Agent painless. They imported everything and I didn’t lose anything in the transition. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros Single biggest pro is, Pricing. RealtyJuggler is $179 per year, or about $14.92 a month, billed annually with a 90-day free trial that doesn’t require a credit card. That's a pretty big price drop from what I was paying with WiseAgent, which is $49/month (or $499/year) for their most basic package. Everything I actually need is covered by the $179 per year that RealtyJuggler charges. Second biggest pro is the customer support! Everyone on the support team works out of Colorado, and its nice to be able to call in and not get passed around to different people in a call center! #### Cons The only real con is the outdated user interface. Realtyjuggler feels like the costco of real estate CRMs. Both are kinda ugly and grey. I like that it covers buyer and seller customers, prospects, and also easily tracks my transactions once a customer converts to a transaction. Plus easily reminds me of their closing anniversary without much effort. Great with drips campaigns too #### Cons I wish there was a dedicated app. You can use it on your phone by adding the page. I also think it needs a little modernization and tweaking of the interface. None of these would dissuade me from using this program.
