RedHorse CRM Complete
Pros
RedHorse CRM Complete has all the business modules to power my business. I especially like and use the Customer Service Ticketing module. As customers have issues with the technology, we create a Customer Service Ticket for each issue, track all the activities, emails, and interaction to resolve the issue. We are able to track all our parts and labor on the Ticket, and with the integration with Intuit QuickBooks, we can easily send over the invoice for all the parts and labor in to QuickBooks. Very powerful feature which we use every day!
Cons
I currently don't have anything I like the least about this product and/or vendor.

Likely the best CRM on the market, just not so well known!
Pros
RedHorse is a complete Business Management System not just a CRM. It has everything a SMB needs to operate their business. From marketing to servicing to accounting linkage. The vendor adds capabilities as the identified customers needs grow.
Cons
Unfortunately they're not well known online or in the marketplace. Could use more resources internally in marketing.

Transitioned from Gold Mine many years ago. Almost a clone of GM.
Pros
Works well when not having IT issues. Want customize-able work flow along with integrated email by contact.
Cons
For years have been trying to "fix" problems with being kicked out of software and email issues of error messages that make us go to the "outbox" and press send again. Home office is of no help. Want us to rely on re seller who only has a few RH clients

Unremarkable system with a dull UI
Pros
RedHorse CRM looks like a Microsoft Office product. As such the UI appears to be somewhat familiar which helps navigating to a certain degree. RHCRM offers a range of standard functions, including invoice integration.
Cons
RedHorse CRM looks and feels like a system from the late 90's or early 00's. While that is not inherently bad, it highlights the fact that other systems, such as Base, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce etc., are lightyears ahead in terms of UI, functionality beyond what can be considered standard in 2015, and overall impression in general.
