Reservit was a good software to start with but the subscription could be heavy in term of €

The front end booking is fresh and mobile responsive. The ability to make sales quickly

The support is not responsive. The price of the subscription for a small structure was too high

The integration with our small business was easy!

Cons:

Learning on how to manage the calendar, but once you catch on, it is easy

To much work was needed. It was difficult to teach others on how to properly use the software/PMS

Some what good. Hard to believe no one has ever come and met with us in person. We did spend quite a bit of money, no one ever showed up or asked us how things goes.

Pros:

The set up with stripe is great. The help I get with RI is good, but we would really appreciate being assigned to the same person.

Cons:

It says it is a channel manager, but it is very difficult with Booking and Airbnb

Channel manager and to make promotions effectively.

Not being assigned to the same person helps us to answer you quicker than if you are dedicated to the same person which can work on other tasks at the time of your call. However, if you would rather be dedicated to the same person, that is possible, but you should sometimes expect delays to receive answers. For Booking.com and Airbnb our team is already in contact with you for this purpose. Finally pandemic had an impact on our capacity to meet our users during the low season and we know that you are not available during the peak season. Ease of access for customers that can easily use computer software

Cons:

Difficulties integrating packages with kids and teens no matter how we configure them. People end up doing phone bookings with us instead.

It worked pretty well while we used it. There were lots of options, and it alright in use. The calendar was useful. Was also nice that the direct booking was options were managed on the same extranet.

Cons:

Was a bit dated looking. Also, most instructions were only available in French, since it is a French product. Most of all, it was really expensive compared to many modern options. Charged per connection, and per booking. As if OTA commissions weren't enough to pay for, we had to pay to use the connect the OTA.

Attention aux promesses mirobolantes du service commercial. Ne vous engagez pas sans résultat concret.

Cons:

Contrat signé fin octobre 2025, 2 mois après rien ne fonctionne (Module Hôtellerie et Module Activités) Demande d'annulation en cours du contrat via lettre recommandée. On vous fait attendre 4 semaines pour la configuration de votre site et on vous explique ensuite que le délai de rétractation est dépassé. Attention, pensez à ajouter le coût d'un site WEB, Reservit ne gère pas. Le module activité ne gère pas les fiches d'inscription pour les stagiaires... Quant à la gestion d'un tarif spécifique d'hébergement spécial stage, il n'y a pas la fonction (en dec 2025). Ce sont les tarifs standards qui sont proposés... Ils sont très peu disponibles pour vous accompagner. Vous allez attendre plus d'une semaine entre 2 rendez-vous de configuration...

Our teams, particularly Clément and Chantal, dedicated more than ten hours of customized configuration to adapt our solutions to your specific needs (training pricing, individual room sales, private bookings, and per-bed management). We also explored alternative solutions via our Reservit Activities and Reservit Accommodation modules, although these did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding trainee registration forms, this feature is not currently available natively, despite the workaround solutions proposed. You have different colors depending of reservation status and invoicing status. You have also pictograms to easily see options added to reservations and to identify the provider of the reservation. Perfect for bed and breakfast, inn, motels and small hotels

ReservIT offers a booking engine platform as well as channel manager connectable to many major OTAs and the GDS. Easy to use, they launched few years ago a new version of their booking engine with an improved environment of navigation. ReservIT has 2-ways interfaces with major Property Management System such Hotello and IQware which makes it effective for hotels. Low cost, low in maintenance and great customer service and support. Most independent property in France and Quebec use this last and seem to be perfectly running.

Cons:

it is difficult to set up and deploy, effort should be put into making the set up easier. The program is also set up in french and translated to English and many translations are not accurate
