Reservit Softbooker
The integration with our small business was easy!
CONSLearning on how to manage the calendar, but once you catch on, it is easy

Reservit was a good software to start with but the subscription could be heavy in term of €
We had a good experience with Reservit. The team to setup the software was very professional.But it was too pricey for our structure.
PROSThe front end booking is fresh and mobile responsive. The ability to make sales quickly
CONSThe support is not responsive. The price of the subscription for a small structure was too high

My personnal review
Some what good. Hard to believe no one has ever come and met with us in person. We did spend quite a bit of money, no one ever showed up or asked us how things goes.
PROSThe set up with stripe is great. The help I get with RI is good, but we would really appreciate being assigned to the same person.
CONSIt says it is a channel manager, but it is very difficult with Booking and Airbnb

Not being assigned to the same person helps us to answer you quicker than if you are dedicated to the same person which can work on other tasks at the time of your call. However, if you would rather be dedicated to the same person, that is possible, but you should sometimes expect delays to receive answers. For Booking.com and Airbnb our team is already in contact with you for this purpose. Finally pandemic had an impact on our capacity to meet our users during the low season and we know that you are not available during the peak season. Un outil vraiment complet
J’ai utilisé Reservit au quotidien pendant 9 ans, ce logiciel est vraiment agréable visuellement. Il permet une gestion complète des canaux de réservations et en direct.
PROSUne interface simple d’utilisation qui permet de retrouver rapidement l’intégralité des réservations et leur provenance
CONSLogiciel parfois un peu trop compliqué quand on recherche une réservation spécifique, mais dans l’ensemble s’apprend vite.

Works well, but expensive compared to other options
It worked pretty well while we used it. There were lots of options, and it alright in use. The calendar was useful. Was also nice that the direct booking was options were managed on the same extranet.
CONSWas a bit dated looking. Also, most instructions were only available in French, since it is a French product. Most of all, it was really expensive compared to many modern options. Charged per connection, and per booking. As if OTA commissions weren't enough to pay for, we had to pay to use the connect the OTA.

CONSthe color of the reservation are all the same paid, cheeking, etc ... imposible to see diference, and it complicated to use when changing price and deal on room ,

You have different colors depending of reservation status and invoicing status. You have also pictograms to easily see options added to reservations and to identify the provider of the reservation. Regarding the update of rates and offers, that is also simple by using the "Edit" feature. Our support team will contact you shortly to explain you all features. Does the job
Ease of access for customers that can easily use computer software
CONSDifficulties integrating packages with kids and teens no matter how we configure them. People end up doing phone bookings with us instead.

Perfect for bed and breakfast, inn, motels and small hotels
ReservIT offers a booking engine platform as well as channel manager connectable to many major OTAs and the GDS. Easy to use, they launched few years ago a new version of their booking engine with an improved environment of navigation. ReservIT has 2-ways interfaces with major Property Management System such Hotello and IQware which makes it effective for hotels. Low cost, low in maintenance and great customer service and support. Most independent property in France and Quebec use this last and seem to be perfectly running.

This is a difficult product to set up and deploy for a small operator
this product is feature rich and low cost
CONSit is difficult to set up and deploy, effort should be put into making the set up easier. The program is also set up in french and translated to English and many translations are not accurate

Excellente tant pour le service que pour leur empressement à répondre à nos demandes et à s'améliorer.
PROSTOUJOURS EN AMÉLIORATION CONTINUE !!! Le service client hors paire. Très grande disponibilités et ils connaissent leur produit! Aussi une grande variabilité et adaptabilité dans la manière de faire des offres, des présentation de produit en ligne, ...
CONSUne présentation teintée à l'européenne dans les format de présentation (exemple: factures). Ce n'est pas mauvais en soit mais on cherche un peu plus visuellement et comment regarder l'information est un peu différentes. Et aussi, de ne pas avoir intégré automatiquement un CRM avec la Gestion des réservations.

Nous avions besoin d'un PMS. Nous avions longuement hésité puisque c'était aux prémisses de celui-ci. Cependant j'avais travaillé déjà avec Hotello et je m'attendais au même genre d'utilisation. Ce ne fut pas le cas. Ce n'était pas aussi complet. Maintenant, vous avez de plus en plus d'outils qui s'en rapprochent. C'est le coût annuel qui a fait que nous avons opté pour Reservit.

Avis Auberge musicale Pour un instant
Bonne expérience globale. Le logiciel est essentiel au bon fonctionnement de notre auberge. C'est un outil de travail quotidien.
PROSLe support client est efficace. Les bugs de la plateformes sont vraiment occasionnels. Les clients paraissent satisfaits lors des réservations effectuées en ligne. On aime beaucoup recevoir le courriel récapitulatif chaque matin.
CONSPas d'application mobile et le fait d'être obligée de demander le mapping pour certains changements.

Tres complet comme système de réservation
Tres convivial et surtout flexible a faire des promos
PROSJ'adore la présentation des prix lors de la reservation en ligne côté client.
CONSCamping: ne peut identifier les emplacements saisonniers ou en backup; lorsqu'un emplacement est barré, pas moyen dimprimer liste des emplacements barrés avec filtre sur la description. ex: saisonnier, backup, en réparation, etc.
