Es fácil de usar, tiene buena asistencia constante con reuniones en que te explican las funcionalidades y además si se requiere algo adicional es posible solicitarlo. Se puede adaptar a cualquier negocio que quiera tener la gestión del contacto con sus clientes ordenada en un sólo lugar y con posibilidad de automatizar tareas y crear campos personalizados.

Simla se integra bien en pequeñas empresas que nunca han tenido un CRM y es un buen punto de partida para quien necesite organizar sus leads/clientes a través de varios puntos de contacto.

Cons:

Aquí hablando desde nuestra experiencia, creemos que tienen una oportunidad grande en su soporte. El número de teléfono nunca se contesta, los emails tardan mucho en ser contestados. Lo único que si funciona es su sistema de tickets internos, donde dan una respuesta más rápida. Otra parte a mejorar es el email marketing, no es su fuerte.
