An excellent piece of software that has lead to increased productivity and leads using automation.
The number of leads that get generated and converted after using this software has been astronomical. It's lead to very large gains & has become an integral piece of software to our company.
CONSThe program feels perfected at this point and so cons are nearly non-existent. We love the clean and intuitive UI & we love the way reports get exported in a timely manner. The only inconvenience we experience at times are network related & they are so rare we barely notice.

Convoso
I felt that from planning to live strategy it went swift, accurate with attention to detail and training to ease the transition. Kudos to amazing internal staff who helped me assimilate to my new surrounding and control panel mighty fast !
PROSI've worked with several dialer platforms and Convoso has several standout features that are now able to adapt to the conditions rapidly, I love the Artificial Intelligence to Lower Drops and Increased contact rates. This allows me to make smarter decisions with Real Time Analytics that Track Agent and list profitability

Overall the experience is okay. There are several times within the day and week that I am automatically logged-out even if I am using Google Chrome and every day I clear the cache and even if there is no problem with the internet.
PROSWhat I like about the system is that It is easy to do a 3-way call with my clients and the creditors.
CONSThe call recordings are only available to download within 3 months, after which, the files are no longer available to download. It will be helpful if Convoso can send a weekly or monthly Dump file of all the recorded calls to the company.If there is also a way to extract all the saved numbers and contact names as csv file. It will also be helpful.

Convoso is a fantastic system
Working with Convoso over the past several years have definitely made managing call centers much more simplistic. Data is at your fingertips, with plenty of tools and automations at your disposal!
PROSThe best part of the software is the ease to move and manipulate the data to help drive performance!
CONSAgent licenses are not dynamic (not based on concurrent users)
Reasons for switching to Convoso
Convoso provided a better platform that clearly showed a better contact/connect rate with the consumer. You can't convert a customer if you don't get a hold of them first!

Does what we need
Support is always very good and we have had no major outages or issues. Overall happy with our service.
PROSDID spam mitigation has been amazing, predictive dialer works as well as any we have used. Answering machine detection is very good.
CONSExpensive telecommunication charges. Above the industry average with not much wiggle room.
Reasons for switching to Convoso
We needed better spam mitigation and a system that was reasonable to admin. Five9 became very clunky with add-ons and the cost ballooned very fast. Convoso did all of what we needed out of the box.

You pay for what you get
so far so good. I have been treated well, my only complaints are the above mentioned
PROSThis product was easy to use and implement for my new business. The customer support team has always been helpful, and the sheer levels of thought put into designing this software is amazing. You can pretty much track everything
CONS,I feel like it is lacking in areas that would benefit my new business as well. Things like seat removal, and DID purchases are things that take a while which in a developing business time can be crucial. as long as you adhere to their implementation schedule you will be fine.

Everquote Convoso
Pretty good, it has snags here and there but overall for a the amount of stuff the site can do, its pretty good
PROSIt does allow us to contact 100's of people in a day, and 90% of time I don't have to sit and let the line ring and ring while I waste time waiting for a lead, I like how it cuts me straight to Voicemail
CONSIt needs lost of cache and cookies space, if I have any other tabs open, convoso slows down to where I cant start my script because the callers name and script is not populating fast enough

On average per month, convoso works well for most of the days - maybe 2-4 days per month there are connection issues or system issues

Reliable, Easy to use and facilitate training for.
It's been a very efficient and convenient experience. It improved productivity and overall has been one of our most critical tools.
PROSThe efficiency and ease of use. It is very easy to maneuver and understand. The features are well placed, very easy to find and useful in our day-to-day work.
CONSWhenever there are lot of leads or calls are coming in, it does take a slight toll on your system, (just a few dropped frames) regardless of how powerful your system is sometimes. Maybe it could be optimized more for when really heavy workloads take place.

Great for outbound dialing, polishing needed
It's very easy for our end-users to use. It just works after setting up. Copy & paste campaigns.
CONSLots of bugs. No transparency into spam-tagged phone numbers & replacements. More than 50% of replaced numbers come back already as spam, waste of our money.

PROSConvoso is one of the most comprehensive solutions for Predictive Dialing, Skill Based Routing, API Lead Integration, Caller ID Reputation Management, Reporting and a whole lot more.
CONSWould like to improve the call recording player to make easier to see and advance recording to specific segments. More of a luxury than a need as the current system is great.

Convoso Review
One of the things that I like most about Convoso is its automated dialing feature. It saves me a lot of time by dialing numbers automatically, and I can focus on talking to potential clients. The platform also has a powerful lead management system that allows me to keep track of all my leads in one place. I can easily sort, filter, and prioritize my leads based on their level of interest and urgency.
CONSoccasional technical glitches, although the support team has been prompt and helpful in addressing these issues.

CONSI wish there was an infinit lead search, and I wish that the lead telephone number was formatted as (123) 456-789, instead of 123456789.

Most amazing CRM on the planet
Where do I start? My onboarding experience was amazing and super enjoyable. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] were incredible. My onboarding process took about 3 weeks and it was a bit fast tracked since I needed to leave Vanilla Soft by a certain date and they jumped through hoops and bent over backwards to make sure I was ready. On our Whatsapp chat, I was able to ask any question I had and they were very responsive and made the educating process for me very smooth and simple. I have learned so much about the Convoso platform and with their help, assistance and training, I’ve fallen in love with this CRM and it’s easily the best CRM I’ve ever used and I’ve used many of them including Velocify, Salesforce, Vanilla Soft, iSalesCRM, Xencall and a few others. I have learned so much due to their help and many others in the help department and I’m super grateful. I have lot more to learn and love digging into the admin platform and can’t wait to learn more. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are head and shoulders above the rest and should be models to learn from in the onboarding process. Love you all and thank you very much. P.S. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was pretty awesome too.

Convoso's system and team are amazing! They take care and consideration of their customers needs
We have EVERYTHING I believe! This system was built in such a way that you can add or remove features your team needs as it grows. I am really impressed with he fact that you all really listen to what the customer needs and make changes on a global level when you find a helpful fix for 1 client and make it available for all.
PROSI love how flexible the system is and that a lot of changes don't require an engineering background to apply. Their team walked us through the custom features and reports we needed and made themselves available the days we launched in order to help troubleshoot. This team really goes above and beyond for customers needing custom fields. If the changes look like a good fit they instantly make them available to ALL current users as well!!
CONSThere is a slight learning curve like with any new software so be patient because on day 2 when it all clicks you will be so thankful! Everything is liked, but some of the reports could be combined due to the ability to customize further to meet your specific kpi needs.

List life, easy to use, no external softphones, amazing support! Customer rep is the best! She works with you, reaches out to you to help optimize your account. She is always there! Thats one of the best benefits you can get with any software.
PROSWhat I like about this software most is the list life. My call lists lasts a lot longer with Convoso. Also, the dial threshold's. That really helps control your data. Reporting is amazing and the customize able dash board is awesome as well!
CONSHaving to remove the call list from each drip before deleting it, not being able to re disposition a lead from the admin side.

Convoso Review
It's great. Valuable tool that I use daily.
PROSI love the interface and how easy it is to log in and immediately hop on a dialing campaign. It allows for increased productivity.
CONSI would say that sometimes I have to force shutdown my browser while I'm still logged in to Convoso and Convoso makes it hard to sign back in because it thinks I am logged in on another device.

Great Product

PROSConvoso allows us to manage our call center 100% remotely. It gives easy access to both agents and management to make the most out of their work day.
CONSThe software lacks gamification and bonus compensation features that incentivize agent performance. However, they have been receptive to this feedback.

A good product that does just about everything with a few minor issues
The ease of use and customer support make this product very easy for our small/mid sized business. I am able to contact support and have a real person responding within minutes able to assist with most minor issues. Larger scale issues take more time and can have some communication issues but overall it is great.
CONSReporting could be better. Convoso has been updating their platform and has made reporting not as intuitive. I am sure as they continue to refine their product it will be better.

Overall it is a tool to use in a start-up environment, with minimal training needed. This is great when you are wanting to get up and going with business rapidly.
PROSDifferent options it offers to reach out to leads. It's integrated with our platform and user-friendly set up.
CONSIt continues to call prospects after callbacks have been set up. This doesn't make for a good experience when interacting with leads who are frustrated with an excessive amount of calls.
