Sales Rabbit is Customer Relationship Management software for companies of all sizes and is fully customizable. The system’s primary functionalities are sales automation, call center, help desk, and live chat.

Sales Rabbit offers lead management, which is offered within the sales tracking functionality. The system will rank leads based on interest and users can call or email leads directly from the app.

The system allows user so use GPS to auto-populate addresses and quickly access directions to standing appointments. Users can also collect and manage all HR paperwork as well as create reports and view all reps’ leads and customers.

Sales tools including videos, presentations, diagrams, and pricing guides can be stored in the platform for quick access. The system is deployed on the web and is compatible on Windows and Mac operating systems as well as on mobile devices.

Plenty of day to day use.

Pros

I love the convenience of the app in my line of work. There are other more important issues that I have to deal with when locating an area on the map. This is not an issue for Sales Rabbit.

Cons

Too many updates. Every time I check my updates it's always trying to update seems like. I guess that's to be expected with a gps map indicator to make it more convenient?

Being able to track everything I was doing throughout the day.

Pros

Ease of adding leads and being able to customize it to our company's goal. We serve for Att and they supply us with info that we can transfer straight to Sales rabbit.

Cons

Lag on loading areas. Sometimes when you assign areas to a sales rep it will take a while for it to load on their end.

The format of how its setup once you get into the app. Its very easy to navigate throughout the app while using to show customers information. Also i love the way it keeps track of all sale and installs.

Cons

There's really nothing bad i can say about the app really i guess i would have to say getting kicked out for not being connected to wifi but i haven't experienced that in a long time.

Of the 8 categories I ranked your product, your net average score = 3.875

Solely based upon the initial plan of this software you were spot-on. However, being forced to use this software by my employer, resulted in more frustration, confusion and disappointment to be totally honest with you.
My earnest attempts to obtain real-time 'How-To's' for use of this product where 100% devoid.
Presently the current edition of this product is neanderthal at best. On the bright side it allows you unimaginable room for improvement. Best of Luck...

Offers great tracking for our sales reps. Uploading leads is pretty quick too. I do wish there was a way sales rabbit could flag duplicate leads as soon as they are uploaded to make deleting them easier. Other than that, no complaints!

While using this App It has really been helpful for me and my team. It's very easy to use and keep track of you work and the houses that you may have canvass to. Also I like the fact that the persons name is already there so you know who door you are knocking on. They even give you phone numbers some times.

Pros

I like how detailed the app is! Hard to get lost when you out there.

Cons

Some of the information on who may live at the house has not been updated. I knock on someone door and they told me the person I was looking for had past away almost 20 years ago.

I really like the app in general. I love that its easy to work with and you can contact people on the phone (if their number is listed ) when your are in front of their home or when you can't canvass out. Really like the different colors to determine priorities and what each person needs from me.

Pros

easy to understand i love that i can just speak my notes in and don't need to write anything on my phone.

Cons

I think it's good as it is but if i would add something or change something i would just make sure that we are able to see that maybe dit doesn't have right phone numbers on list

I guess this would involve the company o work for but it be great if we could Schedule the visits from the app right then and there.

Sales Rabbit is a new app to my sales team of canvassers. It is very easy to use and I love the different options that it allows us (prospect phone numbers so that we can call or text from their porch or in our office in the case of inclement weather) to reach prospects when the door goes unanswered. The only downside I've experienced is that if more than 1 person is logged in using the same profile it has a tendency to kick them out. I'm excited to see how our usage progresses from the winter to the summer.

Pros

The GPS and the ability to call prospects from the app.

Cons

If more than 1 person is logged in on a password it kicks the other users out.

Never have issues living the user friendly system thank you. It is very easy to track what neighborhoods and what houses I have already talked to and who weren't home or set appointments with. Also the color coded demographic data on each house helps tremendously. I love how i have access to all the sales tools needed to make the sales process go smoothly also.
