Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Customers support is particularly good. We now actually use the CRM intuitively instead of it gathering dust and collecting contacts.
  • It is perfect If you do not want to enter Data all the time but run a sales Pipeline. Salesflare claims to just adds Value without requiring to invest time in making this possible.
  • Cons

  • Nothing as such but slightly difficult learning graph and no addon for Outlook.com is another disappointment as such.
  • Lack of online scheduling tool with my leads similar to Calendly. The tool only reports that an email was opened but it doesn't exactly tell you who opened the email.

  • It's very easy to use and I love the amount of features that the developers were able to put into a single product that unlike other CRMs, it's way easier to access and to manage.
  • They are non-generic and flows naturally allowing ease of conversation and excellent customer service.
  • Cons

  • Its slow, it takes time to load and its frustrating.
  • I also hate that whenever I receive another chat the one I was on becomes stuck and It almost switches to the new one.
