It is a good app for managing customer relationships as it's UI(user interface) is good.

Salesforce's workflow is POOR requiring going back and forth to different screens. It's glitchy - if you edit a calendar item, it creates a NEW one.

We require a CRM solution to track our customer data and enable sales intelligence.

Integrates with other business tools. Offers strong customer support options.

NO control on records - for example, I can't delete any history item.

Really nice options for setting up a support site.

Good to have a place where I can tell my requirements and come to know the one solution.

If you're not an admin, is difficult to know the rules behind the dashboard reports and automated emails.

The feature shows only the problem and does not give any suggestive pointers to correct that.

Good for what I need it for, entering new leads, tracking sales pipeline, looking back and forward on data.

This program truly adds value that would otherwise be lost. The interface is easy to use and allows you to get up and running quickly.

There are some time it showed some technical problems.

Customers are happy that prod is nice. Good to know that I need to use integration.

Just hope it doesn't happen over the weekend, which it totally did.

The prices are outrageous. As a small business owner; it is a horribly large pill to swallow to pay that steep of pricing- especially as you are beginning your journey of entrepreneurship.

Good for easy and a high speed searching and it gives a better features on updating the data the functionality and giving a customer support data base.

It's mobile app is very good and easy to access like this software manages customers,  their mails and meetings in a single view.

Salesforce can be very heavy when handling multiple pages which often leads to lags. There are additional issues that occur in customisation and merging of pages.

We love Desk at GoSquared because of its easy-to-use interface, and affordable pricing for a small team.

I've been a customer of desk.com over 2 companies now and for straight-up end user support, it's a great product.

I like the interactive UI that makes access to varying tools and functionalities easy. I also like the mobile experience and the ability to integrate the software with third-party softwares.

It gets and responds to requests much more effectively and greater transparency. I used to hesitate to send a request, now, I use the resource stay productive.

Can't add screenshots of error message which can be rather cumbersome. Also, multiple error messages across a single event can be too much to sit and type out.

The reporting in this is just awful. Does not provide anything similar to what Saleforce provides unfortunately, and even the custom reports are bad.

I have had to get a pen replacement, and have several trouble shooting conversations with the shipper regarding not being able to scan in devices.

Too many unused fields that muddy up the screen and info can get lost in all the blank fields.

As a helpdesk case tool, it works. Great for simple troubleshooting and just general inquiry cases where by correspondences are kept to a minimum.

It is extremely easy to use to give you the best results. Salesforce is a remarkable program because it is constantly changing and adapting to the times.

Role Hierarchy & Permission sets are difficult to understand and multiple roles assigning can be difficult.

This software is awesome. It takes the stress out of constantly updating your CRM by making  it seamless and integrated with our email.

Easy to use with great functionalities. Project tasks are easy to view and track.

Being able to include information on new prospects and clients is very helpful and it's easy to add to do items. The sales funnel process is user friendly and easy for other employees to view.

Provides a nice clean interface that does not have too rabbit holes to fall into.

Doesn't provide customer support, the salesforce community doesn't always have the answer for you.

Salesforce Essentials is easy to use & user friendly. Our team has really enjoyed the ability to search/filter our leads.

I really like how Salesforce is the best in its industry and offers great CRM software.

Good for connecting potential customers. Can be integrate with onother system  and software.

Custom fields, call logs, integration with Google Calendar and email just really round out this product. Support is fantastic as well.

I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.

The support and attitude of Sharpspring has been brilliant and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.

The ease of implementation and onboarding for new users is terrific and the clever way SharpSpring uses visual workflows to automate the system is genius.

The constant failure of the system, the automations fail. They are not fixing the bugs.

It's also been a game-changer for our B2C clients, who are able to personalize and segment their marketing efforts to specific customers, and have seen great growth in engagement and revenue.

The lack of integrations across more common softwares makes it difficult to integrate for every client we work with.

Overall, I'm very happy with my expereince with SharpSpring. I think it is a functional tool that is easy to use and it feels good to have check lists and to do's that are easy to set up.

Support has been outstanding. Each and every member of their team is incredibly helpful and honest.

When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.

The ease of use is great. It is an intuitive platform that allows for quick implementation and roll-out of automated marketing initiatives.

Custom reports are not custom (you cannot filter by custom fields, for example). Reporting in SharpSpring is very poor.

We have integrated Sharpspring with other software systems which has been seamless and has allowed us to develop a really powerful platform.

The campaign manager is a great tool, it allows you to effectively track your leads and determine where they came form. To top it off, the support team is phenomenal.

Some nuance to the user interface and limitations with exporting results. Realizing full potential may mean reworking your workflow entirely to abandon central tools.

The support has been excellent, and I'm impressed with the documentation and training that is available.

I love the great e-mail marketing campaigns, show the statistical analysis of the conversions through each campaign, and find what clients are clicking, viewing, and making them convert.

Their recently launched Book Me/Meeting feature is an awesome addition to the interface, and I'm excited to start using it.
