It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

If you could get the innovative nature of Salesforce to your business you would get amazing talent collection to your organizations.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

This software will help you to build your sales and marketing in the industry, salesforce is a great software and value for money, so therefore I recommend it to the user.

I like the fact that Salesforce is very flexible and customizable to my taste. It is very user friendly and the functionality is superb.

So popular and so powerful for small business  is contact management, task management, opportunity tracking, collaboration tools, customer engagement tools. Flexible and easy  to use.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.

User friendly interface. Surveys created can be integrated using iframe and JavaScript.

This product helps us to make informed decisions quickly and for the benefit of our company.

The ability to set up the surveys in SurveyGizmo is very straightforward and logical.

The biggest disadvantage (at least at first, it has improved) is the limited bi-lingual functionality it offers.

I was having problems logging-in due to an error on my part; however, at the time, I did not realize my mistake.

They also are constantly changing the product which often leads to bugs in the product or worse data loss.

It’s the most expensive tool we considered. The interface is a bit boring compared to many newer platforms.

The Google Sheets API is wonderful. I love that you can flow data into sheets automatically.

I agree it's not the cheapest tool in the market, but it's worth the money.

Managed to deliver mid-level complexity commercial surveys, lack of some critical features (comparing with Qualtrics or similar products). Still some value for money despite lack of support.

A really important selling point for me was the company's privacy policy and how they make it easy to tailor their product to be used for research on sensitive topics.

It is relatively simple to use and has great integrations with my other software applications. It is critical in helping me distinguish my business as a financial advisor.

As we do not conduct surveys every day, Alchemer meets our needs equally well or even slightly better, yet at a way more affordable pricing point.

Excellent Customer Service. The response is almost immediate, and they have a great disposition.

It can be a little confusing figuring out how to build survey at first. Have hard time remembering where to edit text.

The only complaint is that i dislike the price because it just keeps increasing. I think there are other freer options.

SurveyGizmo makes it easy to create surveys that look clean and professional. The platform is very intuitive and has many great features.

It blends in in our workflow: the solution is flexible, although you can use it to send emails, we use Mailchimp for mails but it is easy to have both communicate.

The variable names automatically created in SurveyGizmo are not at all intuitive and are quite annoying to adjust.

Unless you are doing a high volume of studies, it just doesn't make sense to pay the monthly fees charged by SurveyGizmo.

I have never dealt with a company that offers this kind of live support. The representatives are so friendly and a delight to deal with.

I've been using this survey service for quite some time already and can say that it stands tall above the rest. The editor is snappy and clear.
