- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- Quick, smart, and understandable Customer Support (lots of easy-access help and support on the site itself). The product is perfect for our company's needs.
- It's immensely simple to use while still providing powerful analytics and customization. Vendor is cost-friendly and eager to help when needed.
Cons
- The only complaint I have is when updates are made to the UI and there is no notice, so I click on buttons that did not previously exist.
- The system does lack some simple daily admissions functions that are very common, such as a daily conversion reports, missed call tracking, inbound call tracking.
