IT is sometimes hard to organize and sort files.

This is a sales persons greatest tool. In addition you can create custom objects to enable the support team to better work cases.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is great and only getting better.

It's is very costly as compared to others I  the market.

I really enjoy the interface  it is easy to use and has a lot of features that aid you in finding the help you need. It also helps out business in more than one ways.

Documentation is poor and almost always not descriptive enough and outdated. The system itself is very buggy.

Good enterprise solution but lots of customization.

Got duped by salesforce salespeople into thinking this is cutting edge technology.

Not only do you pay a PREMIUM price for Marketing Cloud, but you'll also end up spending more time than you should trying to figure out this product.

The support and training from SF have been excellent.

I like that Send Time Optimization was included, this was extra with the previous e-mail marketing product we used.

This product poses itself as top of class, but that's only in pricing.

Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.).

I love Journey Builder and its native connections to Salesforce. Dynamic capabilities are extremely robust.

You get the benefit of an easy to use email platform, and the ability to automate workflows to enhance the personation of your customers.

Salesforce is good, but HubSpot is a better CRM.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud was easy to use and easy to teach people how to use. It was a cost effective product.

Like all of Salesforce's products, their marketing cloud is an extremely powerful tool with lots of customizable capability and robust features.

Can be a lag between menus/options however nothing big. No real big complaints on our end any issues are rep is there to meet our needs.

We have a Sales cloud integration which does not work well with Marketing cloud.

Also, even though it's the same company, the integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is complex and just basically terrible. Cloud Pages Smart Capture forms are useless.

The user interface is horrible therefore it is not easy to navigate through the application.

Salesforce helps my salesman keep the group on the same page. Chatter works great and you can put reports on it that everyone can see.

Encourages cross-team communications. Great support from the vendor, and strong community of users and third-party integrators.

Maybe it's a little difficult to learn at first, but the learning phase is quite fast and you end up knowing it very quickly.

If you pay the money, you can make salesforce into an amazing wonderful tool for your business. It's capabilities and customizations can really make your business run smoothly.

It's one of the most popular CRM, so most people are familiar with it. As such, it integrates with several other software tools out there.

Ampscript is required for many complex landing pages and emails. Difficult to use for a single user with no development background.

Easy to use (especially with Content Builder), lots of customization, allows me to send to Salesforce Reports/Lists.

Thats a problem because most Marketing Teams do not write code.

This system has a lot of advanced features which is really cool. It provides different integrations with other systems which is very useful.

Very useful for establishing end to end consumer journeys.

I have been personally using Vivantio for about 1 month now at my company and the ease of use and simplicity is quite enjoyable.

Good value for money ITSM Tool for ITIL based Service Desks.

A more mature API would massively aid integrations in/out of Vivantio.

Always a pleasure to deal with. Overall, I would say that Vivantio improved my own service desk, but outlived its usefulness in around 4 years.

Great easy to use software, user friendly and useful to produce reports. Vivantio support is always quikc to respond and helps with all issues.

SaaS offering, Customer Portal, and easy Email to Ticket integration.

I one day had an emergency and needed to log in, but I had to change the password which wasted a little bit of critical time.

Could be a little more flexible, but overall has a good workflow. Significant improvement over the previous generation client.

Customer representatives are very hands on and helpful. I have admin'd other software and while other, more popular software has more documentation, their reps are non-existent.

Support has been good so far, software itself on the admin side is somewhat complex, but on the end user side is friendly and easy to use.

Overall I recommend Vivantio as a company and their ITSM suite of tools offer excellent value for money in my opinion.

I have to say, Vivantio is an amazing program, the customization for every little detail that we wanted was able to be done.

If you search for an incident by keyword, often, no results are found, even when that keyword exists in an incident.

Not a perfect system, but still one of the best service management software.

For example, if you have more than one file attached in a ticket, you have to manually download them one by one. It does not work very well in 4:3 screens, but this is undersandable.

The weaknesses only become apparent when the numbers of users passes around 20, tickets pass 100 per week and customers pass around 20.

Can be hard to get used to using at the start. Finding old tickets can be a pain sometimes.

I have had great success with using Vivantio as it offers a really agile and flexible tool for managing software and platform issues.

No major COns which is why this application was chosen.

I have had limited experience with Vivantio technical support and after sales however the interactions that I had were pleasant and prompt.

How much customization it allows. We can tailor it to fit our needs.
