Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The interface is very intuitive and I love how the dialer is integrated into the lead page.

  • The software is easy to use, effective and allows me to personalize my outreach at scale - which is incredibly valuable

  • Cons

  • There are times when there are some bugs that will not load correctly. These, however, are addressed quickly.

  • It doesn't integrate with HubSpot, only SalesForce. Completely understandable but detracts a bit from the capabilities.

  • Pros

  • It is so easy to use, and has so many options, the interaction with the clients are everything and this software its perfect for that

  • I really like that it can be used for many different things. We use it for everything from customer relation management to inventory tracking.

  • Cons

  • The software is fine, out network goes down often which is an internal issue. There are really no Cons for using this software.

  • Tweaking or making new changes in a live system is both risky and difficult. If you are an expert in web interface and programming, it’s still easier.
