  • Pros

  • It helps them keep organized and we love the response rate feature and the a/b testing feature because that helps us determine what emails are most likely able to get a good response.
  • I think it's a great platform that can use a little work, but it's great. I really like that it's not HTML email style so my team can make it look like their own.
  • Salesloft is a great product that helps power fast-growing Software companies. It is easy to use and help me manage my day-to-day outreach to prospects and clients.
  • Cons

  • Worst though is that their customer service always blames user error when IT departments have gotten involved and mapped the problems back to them.
  • The VOIP calling regularly gets lagged and distorted needing to regularly close and reopen the browser. Been some problems dialing out to Philippines like after 1 min the call starts to loop.
  • I dislike how i can send messsges without having a merchant name attached to the email because then it makes my emails not make sense.

  • My overall experience has been excellent. It was very easy to use and our customer/leads really appreciate the ability to access resources on their own schedules.
  • Showpad has been great for our Sales team to get access to information quickly when out in the field. It has also been very helpful when following up with prospects.
  • Very easy and quick to update, good search function and great interaction with external partners via ' shared spaces.
  • Cons

  • The tracking doesn't cc you in sent emails or can integrate in Microsoft dynamics so information sent to customers is missing and it's very difficult to record it in a CRM.
  • I think that the reporting features can be a tad confusing.
  • It provided a fix for a constant problem we were having - not having the right literature at the right time.
