Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is so easy to use, and has so many options, the interaction with the clients are everything and this software its perfect for that

  • This tool is great for organizing and storing data. We use it to store all of our clients information and data, and it works very effectively.

  • Cons

  • The software is fine, out network goes down often which is an internal issue. There are really no Cons for using this software.

  • Tweaking or making new changes in a live system is both risky and difficult. If you are an expert in web interface and programming, it’s still easier.

  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use the most about this software

  • The software is very easy to use, keeps all our client information close at hand. It is nice that we have access where ever we may be.

  • Cons

  • Mobile app could be improved but furthermore its great software and great service

  • The Last Updated function is a bit odd as some leads show as being updated when they haven't but that Always is a very minor issue, overall a great system.
