Pros/Cons

Pros
Collaborative Lifecycle Management series of tools - CCM, RM and QM are great for managing the complete software development lifecyle.
It is great to have a tool that will store customer contracts and terms and conditions so they are not randomly on employees hard drives.

Cons
There is nothing in the tool that can be marked as least likeable.
I do not understand sap scripting at the moment

Easy to use and simple to setup. I love the app.

User interface is looking good, but it is not intuitive enough, takes sometime to navigate and find what you need.
Sometimes a little glitchy but overall a great tool
