  • Our experience with the Customer Success team has been like no other - they are attentive, proactive, and positive.

  • The lack of integration with Salesforce is frustrating, particularly for measuring ROI.
  • Incredibly hard to navigate compared to competitors.

  • User friendly - a tutorial and a few times using it and usage becomes smooth. We also love the support team.
  • I like that it is easy to use, and I am able to find what I am looking for very quickly.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the system has some lag time and trouble uploading some of the paperwork.
  • Not much to say here but that it is not designed specifically for fire protection companies so we had to customize to our processes.
