SendinBlue Software


SendinBlue is a cloud-based email marketing tool suited for organizations of all sizes. It offers marketing automation, email campaigns, transactional emails and SMS messages functionalities within a suite.

SendinBlue allows users to create mobile-responsive emails using design tools. Users can also schedule and automate marketing campaigns and pre-test messages’ deliverability before sending campaigns. Transactional emails may be sent via SendinBlue’s SMTP service or API. The contact management functionality allows for importing contacts, categorizing lists, collection forms, behavioral forms and more.

SendinBlue also features reporting, which allows users to create reports on basic statistics, such as open rate, click-throughs and more. Other reporting features include per ISP, exporting results into Excel or PDF and heat maps.

SendinBlue can be integrated with organizations’ websites and management tools. SendinBlue plugin is also available to be installed with other content management and e-commerce systems such as WordPress, PrestaShop, Drupal, WooCommerce or Magento.

Great for transactional and marketing email

I use it a lot build one my clients marketing campagns. Very intuitive to work with, so it saves me some time. I also use it as a transactional email service for many of my clents wordpress websites.

Pros

I like how theemail template builder works. Very straightforward to build and then launch a campaign.
Love the fact it works also as a transactional email service to use on my clients website.

Cons

The price could be a bit lower compared with the competition, but still not a deal breaker.

I use it for email lists

Pros

Its easy to template an email, and then to see where it has been sent, and who has opened it.

Cons

Copying and pasting is difficult, and a bummer because I am trying to use the Hawaiian alphabet in my newsletter alot.

Sendiblue is convenient to use for team work

We did not know that there would be no follow-up available although it was something that was not in our expectations, in the same way it is information that should be known.

Pros

Our team feels very comfortable to use it, not only because it is beneficial for teamwork but also because it is organizational and convenient.

Cons

We do not like having to visualize all the tasks of each worker, this means that there is a distraction between each worker and that the visualization is less comfortable.

Look elsewhere

Hasn't been very positive so far. We are paying customers but not very happy with the product. Have partially moved to other solutions already.

Pros

The only thing to like is the simple interface.

Cons

We faced tons of issues related to reliability. A lot of undelivered emails and SMS. The pricing isn't that cheap either. Would definitely prefer other solutions for transactional emails and SMS.

Unquestionably the best email marketing tool.

The simultaneous work is the key of SendinBlue, it helps me with the massive sending of emails that allows me to transmit my message to all the clients of the company, in this way without doubt we strengthen the ties and relationships that we have with the clients and keep them in Constant notification of all our services.

Pros

The incredible thing about the software is that it opens the doors of all its functions without asking for anything, it has a free version that is amazing and accessible, giving the opportunity to small companies to be able to do their work in an organized way. The management of emails is correct and fast, the list of contacts is unlimited which makes the work much easier. It provides a quality service, easy to configure and adapt to each of my requirements.

Cons

I do not have much to complain about, I completely recommend this marketing tool, it has been very useful, and I can use it without any inconvenience and that has been the best of all. Some of the functions are simpler than necessary, it would be incredible if it provided better and better usage characteristics.

Lower-cost alternative to other ESP's

Pros

Very affordable for volume that you can send. New features regularly. Can also easily purchase a dedicated IP which is not found in a lot of other ESP's.

Cons

Campaign builder needs a lot of work, especially the templating . Other tools like MailChimp far exceed the capabilities in Sendinblue.

Sendinblue, an amazing company for merchants that facilitates contact.

It does not seem an application for which a company should rely a lot, it is good, yes, but there are better applications than this in a large amount, so limiting a company to this single application is mediocre.

Pros

It has a strong network platform, as it has a fantastic performance and a pretty great optimization, so the App is generally fast and fast, another thing worth emphasizing is its aesthetic interface and the personalization of the chats.

Cons

Its weak points, are mostly the lack of variety in the range of tools, which should be extensive, another thing that should be emphasized is the mismanagement of technical support which makes that on that side is a bit mediocre.

A Great Marketing Platform Alternative For Small Businesses

When we sent out our first email campaign with SendinBlue, we found that the tool they provide for creating your email was very easy to use. When we have a question, their customer service team has been very quick to get us an answer.

Pros

Their price structure is based on the number of emails a business sends, not how big your database is. We had a growing list of customers and the monthly price we were paying to store names and email addresses with another well-known company kept increasing, even though we had very few email campaigns.

Cons

I can't think of anything about this software that I don't like.

Great almost on par with mailchimp.

Pros

Great software, easy to use. Email designer works great and makes creating good looking mails simple.

Cons

Some things could be clearer. For example when a mail couldn't be send, it didn't give a helpful error, but had to contact support to figure out what was wrong.

email marketing has become more easier since when I first started to use it I was a beginner it took me through the process of adding my own email list from scratch

Pros

they have some of the lowest cost and evenly offer one month free.their features are also great for new affiliates with a simple drag and drop you can send a lot of emails and you can evenly so the number of email which were opened, those which were clicked and evenly blacklisted.

however it lacks some of the advanced features such as A/B testing
