Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use, great functionality and user experience

  • For me, ease of use is very important. This product exceeded my expectations in that it was very easy to use.

  • Cons

  • The interface for setting up emails is great, however it could do with a little improvement in terms of customisation - however it is still very good!

  • It can be a little laggy sometimes, especially with uploading images, but that's usually easy to workaround. It does lack some customizability, but that's hardly an issue for us and our needs.

  • Pros

  • Love that this is so easy to use every day! It's great for logging calls and keeping track of customer interactions, click to call is very convenient.

  • Great app! Keeps me organized and working as efficiently as possible. Can't imagine going back to using a spreadsheet as CRM.

  • Cons

  • Early on in using tenfold it crashed a few times for us and did not function in the way it should. Aside from that we are happy with tenfold and continue to use it.

  • Some days the number of calls will be very far off. But for the most part it is very simple to use so I don't have many cons.
