I like this app and was first introduced to it when I joined a technical support team. It is fast and reliable and has a nice interface which is easy to navigate.

I liked it because it has this great feature of integration with other software like google drive.

Love that it's user friendly and was very easy to set up. It is real easy to communicate with other team members.

Slack is refined, clean, and very user friendly. It integrates with many other tools in our stack and always offers a great experience.

The different channels help to keep conversations organized. The fun features make this instant messaging fun and add flair.

When te connection is down, the messages stay grey and after some minutes, they fail, so sometimes the internet connection come back and those failed messages are sent after the previous ones.

Overall, I'd say that once a company is used to the mechanisms and abilities of slack, it has the potential to do a lot of good. Once comfortable with it, it is quite efficient and enjoyable.

The best thing about Slack is the ease of use and the ability to communicate quickly and effectively across multiple teams/projects.

I love the feature that allows you to pin links to the header of a channel making it easy for others to access certain documents. In addition,  The Slackbot is a great help tool.

It's really useful, practical and easy to use. Great way to communicate and even fun because you can add your own emogi and use giphy.

It is super user friendly and able to navigate through the platform with ease. It has been money well spent and has helped our business flourish.

The best thing about this software is its easy to use and very useful functions. I love being able to select groups to notify or send announcements easy, essentially getting rid of email.

The only thing that I dislike is that I can easily get distracted by the notifications.

What is nice about slack is that you can have multiple channels based on what the communities interests are and that tagging people in messaging is really helpful.

Webhooks are incredibly useful. Custom emojis are great for teams to develop a fun atmosphere.

From keeping message history to other basic necessities, Slack charged for a lot of it. Comparing it to Discord, it cannot compete.

Super light and easy to use interface. Integration services with Google apps (Calendar, Sheets, etc) are excellent and seamlessly integrated into the conversations.

I love the look and how it is comfortable in the eyes. Functional in all aspects especially the integration with other apps that we use like Time Doctor and Asana.

You can easily confuse groups your in and comment something to the wrong team ( I've done it on many occasions) and confused the heck out of some coworkers.

I do not find the product intuitive to use, and record keeping and searching is a little difficult.

Our investment software, financial planning software, marketing software, email, phone system, compliant text messaging... literally everything funnels back into wealthbox.

The integrations are awesome also. Bonus:  I have added many other pieces of Fintech to the practice after being exposed to them through joint webcasts that I tapped into through Wealthbox.

So easy to set up and intuitive to use. Everyone on my team loves it and we are so happy we made the switch.

I like that the developers have a good understanding of our industry and so there is a spot already built into the software for most things we need to keep track of with each client.

Wealthbox is a great CRM system that is easy to implement and use. It connects with many other software providers to help aggregate important financial data in an intuitive way.

They are primarily communicating via email. If the problem cannot be solved via email, they will contact you via telephone.

Mailmerge fields are limited, as are integrations with the other platforms we use.

Occasionally Wealthbox and GoogleSuite email have troubles connecting, but WB Customer service always comes through for me.

Compared to other CRM app's I've used in the past, the wealthbox app is far superior. Also, I like how there are so many different ways to accomplish the same task within WB.

Great experience, ease of use has me implementing it more than previous trials.

Ease of use to the introductory user. Kind of fashioned like Facebook for notes and documentation.

The experience has been very good, and the service has been equally good. The challenge was bringing the data over from ACT in the beginning.

Of the niched down CRMs I've used (this one is for Financial Planners), Wealthbox is very good. Is it as robust as SFDC, HubSpot, etc.

It is continuously being upgraded and attracting more integration. I like the ease of use when having to customize to fit my needs.

It also offers integrations with almost any other software your firm may use. I especially like the optional email integration and think its worth the extra cost.

We do everything in Wealthbox and it's very important to our business. We've experienced good customer service and WB is easy to use.

That was sloppy, costly , and inefficient. This was primarily due to the nature of ACT and their making the software cumbersome.

It's easy to use and has several great features that we really love. I'd like to see some options  in pricing.

The best part about wealthbox is that it's easy to input and update information into the CRM. No one likes using a CRM that takes more than two clicks to update something.

Most user friendly CRM we've ever used. I love that everything you need access to, relative to a contact, is all in one place.

Additionally, the integration of services like Holistiplan and FP Pathfinder, as well as vendors like TD Ameritrade make this a good fit for my business.

Email inbox cannot sync folders. Email integration is very buggy and will leave emails in the inbox that cannot be moved or deleted.

Great support, easy to use, always improving, integrates well with other programs.

The natural ability to use for financial services is very helpful.

The use of different tags in different parts of the program is a little confusing and disjointed (tasks vs. notes, vs. contacts, etc.).

I do like a good amount of the efficiencies of the software. It's pretty easy to navigate.

Householding is not very flexible for multiple generations. Mobile app is very limited in functionality.
