SmartFunnel is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution for small to midsize B2B sales teams. Key features include sales automation, pipeline velocity reporting and customer interaction support.

SmartFunnel is able to log sales activities and then analyzes and adjusts the earned value the deal represents. As the sales rep makes updates, the deal is taken further along through the stages and the deal’s value grows. Users can view the rolled-up value of all opportunities and compare against revenue to identify any funnel gaps.

SmartFunnel includes a web dashboard with a 30-60-90 day chart. Users can drill down on upcoming deals to gauge demands on resources or identify potential bottlenecks. The solution also includes an executive dashboard that displays the volume of future deals. The dashboard can be used in revenue forecasting and rolling up sales forecast data into a corporate summary.

The solution is available on a per user per month, or per year, subscription basis.

It’s light, it’s fast and it’s collaborative, it's potential revenue visibility. First time share with the team generated a “well that’s intuitive” across the board.

Cons

Could use a user group for ongoing discovery of ways to create alternate methods and meaning for the fields provided
