SmartFunnel is a cloud-hosted Sales Engagement solution. Its architecture distributes most user functions to the client system, removing web latency delays. Contact email chains and Notes are captured, creating interaction histories. Notes with due dates feed into a My Week summary of Reminders. Lead management and Opportunity tracking use "heat maps" of colored badges for progress, to help identify next actions. The user interface provides immediate data updates due to SmartFunnel’s distributed cloud/browser architecture.
