I never write reviews for products, but I am making an exception for snov.io. This is an amazing platform with some of the best support imaginable. I am very new to the process of running an agency and naturally there is a lot for me to learn about cold email outreach, sales tactics etc. The team at snov.io has given me some of the best support imaginable, they have answered any of the questions that I have had and they are always willing to jump on a call with me to help clear up any misunderstandings. They provide more insight and advice than any guru or online course ever could.In addition to the amazing team, the product itself works wonderfully. It does exactly what it claims to do with no issues. It can be used to collect a prospects contact information and reach out to them all the same. It is all very simple and effective. Snov.io is an honest and true product, something that is often hard to find these days.

So far there are no issues, if I have any serious issues in the future then I will update this review. However so far this software is void of any fault.

Those who is looking for a service to find emails(most people use this service for this reason) they should not use this right now. But if anyone has reason like me(have to handle thousands of data each day) they must consider this service as potential. I have tried many others scraper but honestly I liked snovio provided data mostly so far.

I have been using this service since 2017 to scrap LinkedIn profiles data. It's really helpful to scrap many information about targeted prospects very quickly. In my case I like this service mostly because it's saving my time.

The most highlighted feature here their corporate email finding ability. Honestly this service was great in 2018 but I can't believe snovio's provided emails till 2019 because they often provide those previous companies work emails, I believe they didn't update some functionality properly what should be improved.

In general positive. But sometimes we are facing some bugs. Or slowness.

1. Email search engine is easy to use. Especially Company Profile Search feature I am using. 2. Creating drip email campaigns: It is functional. You can create a/b tests and add triggers. 3. You can add unlimited email accounts to the one account. So, you can send emails from different email accounts. It increases safety of email accounts.

1. At Company Profile Search, we can filter emails according to their titles. But there is no such a feature. 2. Sometimes added pictures to the email can be broken. 3. We are creating a lot of email campaigns and finding the email campaign amoung email campaigns can be hard because there is no search button.

I have used Snov.io for email campaigns around reviews, partnerships, and newsletters. It works well, but you might need some time to get used to it, as the adoption experience is not as smooth. Their customer team is always willing to help tho!

The UI is overloaded and there are many actions around the screen. You get used to it and it works well for campaigns.

Snoovio helped us to bring in companies that are exactly our target audience. The quality of the target that we get with the filters used for each campaign is the best feature of this platform. Instead of paying triple for an agency, we can set up our campaigns, we can do AB tests, and adjust what we need to reach our target audience successfully!

I like the fact that I can filter with success the audience that we're trying to reach and launch campaigns that bring us exactly the type of customer we're looking for

I don't think it's the best CRM tool to manage all captured leads.

I do like Snov.io for email verification and email drip campaigns services. Easy to use!

In this point I haven't used much Email finder tool. But will try in near future.

Snovio helps me find and get in contact with the prospects that fit our ICP. The e-mail opening rates are exceptional, and we are currently starting conversations with around 20 great prospects every week using only Snovio's native tools.

I miss finding more companies in the "Company Profile Search" tool. We've used brazilian software that sweeps data on the web to get this information (speedio.com.br) and cancelled our subscription after seeing that snov.io had a similar feature, but we'll have to get back to it in a few months. I'd definitely pay more to be able to do everything inside snov.io Another point that doesn't really get in my way but sometimes makes me waste time, is that whenever there's a list of links (like in the company search tool, or the profiles lists) and there are many pages, if I make a page show 100 profiles instead of 25 for example, and I get out of the page for any reason, the amount of links appearing change and I get lost.

This guys a awesome. The tool is great! It is easy to use, and i am getting clients for my businesses which is the most important. Their customer support is one of the best i ave ever seen.

I love their verification accuracy. It is huge, my campaigns getting almost 0% bounce rate which is very important! Their warmup feature helped my emails to get 70% open rate.

I have nothing in my mind, with a new warmup feature, snov.io have everything i need.

Their Zapier integration doesn't work properly. It's been almost 2 months since their support was informed about the issue. All they say is that their development team has better things to do The chrome extension doesn't work. Customer support says that LinkedIn changed something and they didn't have enough time to adapt to these changes. Funny

I love how easy to use is Snov.io. I never had a problem finding contacts and most of the time the emails are accurate. No need to use an other tool. I also like the feature that lets me know who opened my emails and who clicked the links

No issues so far. I don't plan on replacing this software any time soon

I haven’t faced any issues yet. Hope this won’t change. However, there’s always something to improve. Snov.io fits perfectly cold outreach, and you can use their drip emails for onboarding or educational email campaigns. Yet, would love to see Snov.io as a CRM platform soon. It would be much better than using integrations with other platforms.

Snovio keeps me productive and moving through my day. When I’m having difficulty finding a contact in Snovio, then I check Hunter, Zoom, and other free sites. I have a background in searches and have good intuitive skills to get the correct point of contact

Ease of use: get URL and get your data including full names, titles, and usually valid email addresses. Another reason I use Snovio is due to the shear number of companies they have in their servers. Snovio is in my opinion the best value for my money hands down

I coudn't be happier with the tool. It really is everything I was looking fore. Used to use at least 3 different tools to do what I do with Snovio. Lot cheaper, lot faster.

The most amazing thing about Snovio - besides that it really works on finding e-mails - is the all-in-one features. You can do really anything without having to browse thru infinite tabs and other tools. It's all there. Find, verify, send. It was a game-changer to me.

I think when they started a lot was missing or working not in a great way, but in a small space of time everything was growing fast and better. I was surprised by how fast the tool grew up. I used to kid that "when you guys start to send follow up e-mails, my life will be complete", I think 2 months after my joke, they started to send follow up e-mails with reply-stop feature.

Each tool is great and useful. But the email finder is used most frequently. Their Chrome extension works on social networks and all websites in general. I’ve enlarged the list of clients just within one day to the extent I haven’t done it for a month and I still continue using it adding new people to my client base. With their email finder, I can find: - people contacts on LinkedIn - corporate emails on websites - emails by domain - email addresses using skills, jobs, and location filters

I call it SUPER SNOV because this software is Super powerful. i just fell in love when I first discover this software. It gives all the information that I needed and made my job easier. Compared to a lot of popular tools like Marketo and Pardot, it's pretty damn good. The team is extremely responsive and helpful. Every lead development team could use a more complete system like Snovio!

Email drip program is integrated with contact hygiene tools. This is a huge time saver! Snovio team has put a lot of thought into prospecting tools that are utilized daily and are every salesperson's dream. Very responsible support team who encourage usage and feedback.

While the tool is intuitive, a few changes to the workflow could help solve simpler tasks but nothing major. Also, would be a nice touch to have a notification center to check when tasks running in the background are complete. After using some of the bigger players for the last 15 years, I find these issues trivial.
