  • Pros

  • I love the ease of setup and the ease of control. I am able to maneuver the program with little to no error.
  • Being able to RDP into a client's computer from the helpdesk is awesome. Inventory and tickets in the same interface is also nice.
  • Cons

  • Initial setup was a pain. I had to quote out a SQL server and set that up just to use the product.
  • There has been a memory leak present for years, the only fix we have found is to restart the machine once it becomes completely unusable.

  • Ease of use, customization, workflow management, email integration and campaigns. It's a solid CRM which offers more functionality than other far more expensive CRM's out there.
  • Fantastic user interface, Great functionality and integrations with google calendar are the highlights of this product. We have been able to get great sales insights after embracing Vtiger CRM.
  • Cons

  • Design seems a little dated, can be confusing at times.
  • Integration with Microsoft outlook can be done in different ways which is a bit confusing.
