Extremely Well Thought Out Software

No two solvpath customers will have the same layout which is the most clear cut insight into how much this company is the future. If Solvpath were focused on purely their own growth I know they would have just skipped the tedious nature of customization and made something standard to just copy and paste across multiple flows. They don't do that, they literally customize every bit of their process to fit your specific business. That kind of service is almost unheard of in todays "convenience economy" and is the main reason I believe Solvpath will not only be here to stay but it will dominate in the years to come. It's playing on a field that is increasingly being forgotten and overlooked, which is: DEDICATED HIGH QUALITY SERVICE I was lucky enough to get acquainted with it early.

Pros:

Solvpath reflects brilliance in its foundation. The software boasts an extreme and very meticulous attention to detail that cannot be rivaled at the moment by any other similar software on the market. They very clearly know the sales, CS, and marketing process inside out. I can tell because every piece of the usage process is designed to customize and optimize customer service. Using this can drastically reduce call center fees, increase the experience and ease of relationship between your company and customers, and seamlessly organize your process.

Cons:

It takes some time to setup, but that's primarily because of how intricately customizable it is.

Reasons for switching to Solvpath

Because Solvpath is built for the future and it's way more attentive to the customers needs. It's not even an IVR process. Solvath is ahead of the curve, they inherently know that IVRs may be fully outdated for the new generations who are casual by nature and view phone calls as invasive and time consuming.

Pros:

Integration was painless. The team at Solvpath is readily available and happy to assist every need.

Cons:

As expected we had a few kinks to work out; our business model is pretty complicated. That said, our issues did not last long and were speedily remedied.
