SprinxCRM is a cloud-based and on-premise CRM suite for small and midsize businesses with modules for both sales and marketing. These include contact management, pipeline management, sales collaboration, task management, multichannel campaign management, lead segmentation, pipeline forecasting and marketing performance reporting. It allows sales representatives to access and update consumer data while in the field through mobile devices.

SprinxCRM synchronizes with Microsoft Outlook and Gmail and provides ways to import and export contacts. It offers integration with Facebook and LinkedIn and allows users to download pictures and contacts. The solution helps users prioritize and drive leads to closure. Other features include Dashboards, map reporting, product catalog management and GDPR integration. Users can categorize customers based on their likes and dislikes and create separate marketing campaigns for them. Pricing is per user per month. Support is provided via email and phone.

Pros

Sprinx has enabled meetingsource.com to hold a leadership position in the convention industry for over 15 years. We've never needed to change with the times, because we've always been ahead of the times being the first in our industry to move everything to the cloud.

Cons

It works with a front facing website. It required customization.
