Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Love this CRM due to the fact it is so easy to use. The training really is self explanatory and I LOVE the reports it can run.

  • Very Easy to use. It can fill almost every need we need

  • Cons

  • Some of the features are a little generic and could be a little more updated with the times. Overall it is a good product.

  • Not the prettiest software to look at but gets the job done.

  • Pros

  • It's easy to use and the cost is great compared to other systems on the market with less features.

  • Ease of use. This software does not need much of training and is very user friendly as far as my experience is concerned.

  • Cons

  • Unsure how well it will cope with further larger expansion and systems integration

  • Need better tracking of tickets completed/closed per department, person. Graphs are now good at ticket counts.
