My favorite thing about the product/company is how accessible management is to escalate issues and the support organization. You work with the customer and that sells the product to me. #### Cons We utilize tap cassettes at both data centers for our Corning patch panels. To Sunbirds credit they are very willing to investigate being able implement something in a later release to resolve this. They were also very helpful in finding alternative methods to achieve what I wanted to. #### Reasons for choosing Sunbird DCIM Sunbirds offering was a far more user fiendly product while being comprehensive on what it offered. In the process of doing this you get a visualization view and an asset list plus how it all logically & physically connects together.
