  • Pros

  • The implementation and sales experience was seamless and we have had great feedback of switching to doing gift card recognitions this way from our employees.
  • It has been an amazing experience since moving to Tango for our gift card distribution and I know our team is now much happier with not having to purchase and mail out gift cards like they used to.
  • It's really safe and secure. Every information that we share are secure and very action that takes place are transparent like we can easy track that exactly from where we are receiving the incentives.
  • Cons

  • Implementation could have been more simple, and I believe that is the only major complaint I have with the service.
  • Customer service and communication with this company is terrible. You cannot easily get ahold of anyone.
  • High pricing is somewhat a point that can be considered negative.

  • The Tremendous team is easy to work with and responsive. The dashboard solves a lot of our needs to help us manage this in one solution rather than many individual gift card vendors.
  • The overall experience is very good and wonderful. We like all the features of it, and use it almost weekly or monthly to send vouchers for completing our surveys.
  • They also have a great selection of gift card partners and their pricing is super great and reasonable.
  • Cons

  • There are few things that I really dislike about this platform. In fact several enhancements that I asked for or suggested were built and implemented in just the first few months of working with them.
  • The only little disadvantage is that billing might be a bit confusing (but maybe it's just our subjective opinion).
  • I had a little trouble finding the link to activate my account but very smooth process after that.
