Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Love that this is so easy to use every day! It's great for logging calls and keeping track of customer interactions, click to call is very convenient.

  • Great app! Keeps me organized and working as efficiently as possible. Can't imagine going back to using a spreadsheet as CRM.

  • Cons

  • Early on in using tenfold it crashed a few times for us and did not function in the way it should. Aside from that we are happy with tenfold and continue to use it.

  • Some days the number of calls will be very far off. But for the most part it is very simple to use so I don't have many cons.

  • Pros

  • The product is customizable and affordable. The customer service is prompt and thorough.

  • Workbooks is quite easy to use and provide a high level of flexibility and control in reporting and configuration

  • Cons

  • The reporting element can be a little overwhelming but the support received is second to none. Other than that it is great!

  • The only area we would like to see improved is Case handling. I think the software could be a little more intuitive and automated when is comes to customer communications.
