  • Pros

  • Its easy to use and organized, can add multiple users which helps.
  • Our sales, service, parts and finance teams are all actively using this software with great success. We are grateful for the support provided with the software.
  • Cons

  • We were quite disappointed to find out our services were shut off due to an expired credit card. We had paid through for the month and we had no warning that we were going to lose services.
  • One issue that I do have with text request is that once someone opts out you can no longer contact them even in the case where you've made contact and they want to receive messages from you.

  • Our studio loves the Community feature of this product to share information, updates, and ease of engagement with clients.
  • The app is easy to use and understand.I really like the flexibility.
  • Cons

  • Clients found it to be a bit wonky at times, and a little confusing to use at times.
  • There are no public phone numbers. You cannot speak with anyone of management level or above to escalate any issues.
