Pros
- We have been working as the payment provider for over 9 years. They are a great partner and we love that they, like Usio strive for excellence and to delight their customers.
- Overall experience is outstanding. Once you learn the system's features and benefits, it can make your daily origination and servicing needs effortless.
- It was designed for mortgage people who want to save time and money. It is a dependable and flexible system supported by a staff of caring and thoughtful people.
Cons
- I am a heavy user of the construction module, and there are no options for training in this module which seems odd to me. We went to the training in CA.
- Did not work as smoothly and statement to the borrower is confusing. The servicing fee is listed as "insurance" instead of servicing fee.
- Lack of convenience of compiling loan documents to be emailed directly to notaries.
Pros
- This site won 20 awards worldwide, this is A easy solution for borrowing a loan online...you should try it then thank me later.
- Overall experience with Turnkey Lender team has been great. They are very responsive and always available for any questions and requests.
- Cost effective software, good support and ease of transaction for users.
Cons
- The management completely ignores you when you complain, they point the fingers on you and they say it´s your fault, no matter how often you document that, it´s not our fault.
- The worst system/platform I have ever worked with.
- They lure you in with a low price then charge for everything and failed to capture critical needs.
