A great program for the price and really provides a lot of helpful features

Top Producer is a great CRM that can link to your listings, automatically email clients, set client anniversary dates & touches, just an overall excellent CRM to help with transactions

The interface seemed a little difficult to learn at first and the set up was a little strenuous however it became the most used platform we've ever had

The sales and support interactions were all excellent, at every step of the way, from initial sales contact to following up to make sure I continue to be successful. Their sales and support people know their product roadmap and have input to product developments. This shows their product management is on point. Good product management is the key to having a system which will support their users continued success.

The contacts are easy to import and easy to set up in the Top Producer X web version. I enjoy seeing my email conversations within the contacts. It is a good addition to my normal work environment, using Win10 touchscreen laptop. I keep Top Producer X as one tab open in a Chrome web browser alongside social media and property information throughout my working day. The layout makes it easy to update information and next steps for multiple clients and contacts.

The web version doesn't have all the features of their legacy 8i product. They have an active development team working on porting features from an older system (which is still functional) into the newer system I started on, Top Producer X. Mobile version still needs updates to newer interface. Text messages sent from the TPX CRM are hard to view and act on responses on my mobile device. It's not perfect, but I have trust that they will incrementally provide updates that solve these issues and more.

For as long as I have been using it, it functions and helps me maintain my clients. I am growing each time I use it and learning more about the functions it has to help me grow my business

I wish you could change the contact status of multiple clients at the same time instead of 1 by 1.

15+ years ago it was fantastic. Service started really dropping off by 2021. By 2022 we now have daily down time (they know about it because they openly admit to in in their emails in response to our service requests), no way to speak to a live person, and REALLY slow response times. They're cutting services, reducing usage, losing functionality....all while raising their user fees and no longer even speaking to their customers. Actively looking for a better option ASAP.

I used to like how easy the software was to use....it USED to be top-of-the-line software for those of us in the real estate business.

1. No live help (their "live chat" has never actually been helpful) 2. WAY too much down time. 3. When you try to get help with one version that's down, they try to get you to switch/upgrade to a different version of their software. 4. Fewer and fewer things function properly. 5. VERY slow online support; ZERO billing support. ZERO phone support.

The people behind the system have always been available and friendly. There are a lot of great features

I like having the ability to have my leads connect with the program and have a drip campaign start asap. Being able to stay on task and have buyers and sellers where future or past clients on a campaign to follow up on. Love that the product is connected to the mls.

There are no letters unless using their old system. Previous systems were a lot easier to navigate. The price is very high, double that of other systems I have had previously.

I give it a 9/10 so far. I know I am not utilzing all of the features but I am sure I will as I become more familair with the software.

Customer support has been fantastic so far. My rep, [sensitive content hidden] was very organized & helpful.

Nothing so far but as I dig into it more I might have some objections.

Customer service is poor. They promise fixes and updates, but fail to provide either. Yet, they still charge full price every month.

Overall, I enjoyed using Top Producer. The biggest hurdle is getting team members to use the software.

I enjoyed using Top Producer as a team leader. I was able to distribute leads to team members & could see their notes with the client.

It's not really a "con", but Top Producer has SO MUCH content (emails, drip campaigns, etc) baked in to the software, that it can seem overwhelming to an agent (especially a NEW agent).

Been using it for 20 years, so it meet most of my needs. Bottom line, I use it.

Pretty user friendly. Support has always been pretty good.

No pre-prepared action plans with updated content. Have to create your own.

Our experience has been good overall. The customer service is terrific! What I love most about customer service is the clock to chat feature. Agents are always ready and able to answer my questions.

It is very robust! I love the way you can add tons of information about a contact. I also really appreciate the “Coach”. It reminds me to be in contact with 5 new people every day based on parameters I set up for different contact types. I also like how easy it is to send an email to select contact types making it even easier to stay top of mind.

The thing I dislike most is the way that contacts have to be entered when there is a household of two or more. For example, I help a husband and wife list and sell their home and buy a new one. I am normally working with both parties throughout the process and build a relationship with both. Unfortunately, Top Producer requires two individual records of I want both individuals to be included in the Coach feature, market snapshot and other very powerful tools. On the other hand, by creating two contact records for the same household, I have the risk of duplicates when sending a mailing. Plus that means there are two records to update with changes and notes.

My experiences with TopProducer have been nothing short of fabulous! The customer service is amazing and every person I have ever needed to speak with at TopProducer has been friendly and knowledgable.

TopProducer is a complete CRM with so many features that Realtors need! From contact management and lead conversion, to transaction management - this is the sole reason I have been successful as an individual agent for over 15 years and now my entire team of basically brand new agents are also incredibly successful as well!

To be perfectly honest - there isn't anything I don't like. It does everything I need to manage my business and my team! I'm excited about the new features coming out in 2020! This just keeps getting better and better!

Not great, no live body to talk to. Customer service is no longer the key component of this product.

I loved it when there was live customer service.

I've used Top Producer or had the product for over 25 years. The live customer service use to be the best in the business! It was the main reason I recommended the product. However, when discovering my website was not function correctly with the idx, come to find out it was no longer available and it took weeks to work out thru massive emails and chat boxes. The whole thing could have been resolved, much like most thing, very quickly if a live person answered the phone! Funny thing is, you can get a live body immediately in sales!! That was the only way I got anywhere with my major problem. I'm no going to be shutting down my website soon, once my new site is set up, due to the lack of live body customer service. Who wants to pay for a service and be told when you call in that it will take 2-3 days for a response. Or you other option is to spend an outrageous amount of time typing and waiting for responses in a small little box. Clearly Top Producer has changed and regrettably service has gone down.

Top Producer X is an easy, intuitive & visual way to nurture your contact list and sales pipeline. There is a bit of a learning curve to configure the settings, import your contacts, and setup the software. It includes well-documented support and regular training sessions that offer an ongoing refresher. The Market Snapshot and Action Plans help diversify my marketing mix and spark strategic follow-up conversations. This CMS software makes a solid supplement to the CRM our brokerage provides.

My clients have said the Market Snapshot reports look clunky compared to similar valuation alerts they receive. Granted, it works well and the numbers are on par with other AVMs; however, the front-end UI could use some modernizing. I also dislike how Market Snapshot only integrates with TP Websites, which are again very limited versus similar options. Really wish there was a simple widget to easily embed this functionality. Lastly, I hope there will be self-serve billing options in the future. Calling or emailing in with updated payment info is rather inconvenient.

i have used top producer for many years . Top producer 8i seems to have lost much of it functionality and it seems that online customer support is not very good so i would no longer recommend the product

ability to contact clients with mass emails up to 1,000. I really liked the ability to track my business expenses

They used to have excellent customer service you could speak with someone on the phone. This is no longer possible. I have lost many of the functions on topproducer 8i and without phone customer service it takes too long to get answers to my questions

I have used top producer for almost 20 years and due to their new "upgraded" TPX which we are all forced to use, I am forced to leave. TPX is brutal. No support. Super buggy. Stay away!

TP 8i was good but not working anyway. We were forced to upgrade to TPX.

TPX is very buggy. During the switch over all templates were lost for me and all other customers.

The experience with Top Producer is good, the customer support is polite and helpful. Do pay attention to the contract when signing up. You can't get out of the agreement easily and if you sign up for a bundle you are in it for a 1 year contract. My recommendation would be to sign up for the basic plan see if it works for you then go on to a bundle plan. I did the reverse, and later switched companies where I didn't need the website or Market Snapshot etc and it I couldn't adjust easily I was stuck paying for it for 5 months at $114/ a month and not using it.

We had used Top Producer from 1999 to 2010 an decided to buy it again because of our past success with the transaction plans. I think Top Producer is a good suite of products for the right person. Activities management is probably the best feature. It's great to use when you have a transaction coordinator.

Learning this product is time consuming. Plan to spend the time to immerse yourself in this. I personally did not find it to be intuitive but I'm not the best at technology. I think if you are a single agent this may not be the easiest option. If you have a good administrative assistant that has the time to learn this and dig deep, I've found assistants really like the plans.

The Top Producer system will create more headache and stress in your life when you are trying to do the opposite. Then they stick it to you with a cancel fee of 5 months service upfront to cancel. Don't put yourself in that position with these people, they couldn't care less about you and your business goals. Find another company that you can have an honest business building partnership with...

I found no redeeming quality to this product.

If you purchase their website with the crm, it's a joke. It won't load on certain browsers. You will have to purchase additional subscriptions they do not disclose. IDX is very crappy and unprofessional, unless you purchase from 3rd party and install on your site. You will also need to purchase a security subscription neither of these are disclosed when you subscribe to their crappy service. The snapshot feature also did not work for me. It could not locate my own home to test the system. Very disappointing. How can you send this out to potential clients if it doesn't even work when you test it on your home. No confidence in this product. All of this took weeks to figure out by the way because their customer service is lousy. Additionally the sales rep also misled me to believe you could send text with the crm. Yes, you can but you can not in a follow-up campaign. If you use a 10 day follow up that includes text, that's a no go. It can't do that... Furthermore, when I got fed up with this lousy system and the lousy customer service, I tried to cancel. Oh, you can't cancel unless you pay us our ridiculous monthly fee for 5 months. It's a total scam, they can trick you into wasting your time and money, then when you had enough and want to cancel they refuse to cancel your billing. They want 5 months up front or they will bill your card to the end of a 12 month contract they never kept their end of the agreement on... Scam Scam Scam

I have had Top Producer for 31 years, before it became an internet program. I have always found it to be indispensable. Invaluable in so manu functions to support an active Realtor. There is a learning curve for anyone starting to use it but your tech support team are fabulous. They have an abubdance of knowledge, skill and patience.

Control of my database with entry of all listings, closings,activities and events One click posting of emails to appropriate client "Activities completed". Personalized emails directly from the client data page. Calendar and reminders. Marketing. Easy to produce attractive flyers. Income and expense tracker

I haven't checked recently but Market snapshot was not available in Canada. I realize this is not a Top Producer decision but rather an overly protective canadian industry. It would be good to have it.

Great for 20yrs but completely ruined in the span of about 7 months. They have completely derailed our systems, lost our data and cost us a lot of additional dollars and headaches.

Originally it was highly customizable and worked great for decades. Constellation Real Estate Group purchased the system and botched the data transfer. They lost all of you historical communication email and letter templates and were unapologetic about how much this cost my team to recreate. Then to top it off they doubled their prices.

it is down all the time and the keep scaling back the features to try to get you to sign up for their new system which is a Joke!

I have been using it for 17 years, since we synchronized with floppy discs. I have tried others, but keep coming back to Top Producer.

Love that it keeps me organized, easily apply automated plans to transactions and to clients. Top Producer makes me look good.

I don't like that they have removed the function to print letters (we have some clients with no computers and/or email), and I am not fond of the feature that creates "relationships" as it does not work well for printing lists. I have had to go in and remove all the relationships that I created, so that my lists are accurate.

TP works ok in it's current form, but has a long way to go in order to be fully functional for REALTORS who actually use it for everything real estate.

I have been using Top Producer for over 30 years. What first attracted me was the fact this was one of the only products designed for real estate use. I have looked at other products that claim to be better but all have fallen short.

The newest version of Top Producer is missing so much functionality that it made me start looking at other alternatives. Please review older versions of TP and learn. Development team should really listen to us long time users more!
