- The contacts are easy to import and easy to set up in the Top Producer X web version. I enjoy seeing my email conversations within the contacts.
Cons
- You can get the name and contact info. No addresses, no notes, no list of items sent to a particular client.
- You will have to purchase additional subscriptions they do not disclose. IDX is very crappy and unprofessional, unless you purchase from 3rd party and install on your site.
Pros
- I like the fact that my customers and I receive confirmation of our appointments. I also am pleased that it is easy to use.
- Calendar integration with my website, Revenue tracker, Invoicing, Easy of online payment integration.
Cons
- As is it does everything a small business or single consultant needs except its painful to get clients to use the client portal once they have had a single email communication with you.
- Sometimes confusing, or sometimes things are worded weirdly meaning I have to spend a bit of time trying to configure it properly.
