  • Pros

  • This has been a great innovation and development. Great customer support, which is really important.
  • TOPdesk is a quality solution, supported by quality people and at a very affordable price.
  • We currently use Incident, Problem, Change and Operations Management successfully and are very excited about continuing to improve our processes with such a knowledgeable partner at our side.
  • Cons

  • The restriction to just 2 levels of an item. E.g. Main and Sub Category, Branch and Sub Branch.
  • Form designer is a bit limited and the advanced custom form development tool is difficult to use. A couple of elements of the product still need to be administered via an external tool.
  • No drag and drop for adding files to incidents.

  • The scope of content moderation is fantastic.4 Content management, ease of adaptability of this software is great.5 It is a value for money experience for the end user.
  • Integrated beautifully with our CRM tool. Customer support through the whole process was stellar, very responsive and helpful.
  • Yonyx is one of the best Knowledge Management Solutions with comprehensive Analytics and Ease of Use both from a End user and Authoring prospective.
  • Cons

  • The only downside is it is cloud-based and you can't host the database in-house.
  • It's difficult to fit everyone we encounter into the only options given. Also difficult to navigate backwards when answers change or are unclear.
  • I have no negative reviews (yet). Sometimes it has a little lag, but with all technology comes some occasional difficulties.
