As it is SaaS, the software is always ready for action. Simple and easy to use. Always in the forefront of collaborative customer engagement and team is always ready to help which is extremely important to us.


The Touchpoint Group have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They have been open and honest and always think with a collaborative customer-centric focus in mind. It has been a pleasure working with Touchpoint Group to solve any issues with no runaround or hidden agenda's. For a full suite of digital marketing options and a responsive team, look no further than the Touchpoint Group. They are a true omnichannel platform that takes valuable customers on a segmented and personalised journey through email, SMS to mobile. They are also experts in Digital Survey's, Gamification, Employee promotions and Loyalty programs. It is fantastic to have a single view of the customer and their behaviours so we can market off the back of that so the message has true meaning.
