Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and input candidate records in tracker. Also, very easy to do reporting or graphs. overall happy

  • Streamlines all of our work. Makes scheduling easier. Easy to build reports. Great customer service.

  • Cons

  • Currently, the look and feel of the product is a little dated, but it seems like the next update will modernize the software to be more in line with competitors.

  • It can be a little difficult figuring out at first. I have enjoyed the training and webinars, but without those, it can be hard to figure out on your own when getting started.

  • Pros

  • Love the accuracy and efficiency of this software. Makes my everyday work flow so much easier and more efficient.

  • I love that it is effective and easy to use. The communication between members is seamless and well-documented.

  • Cons

  • The navigation within the internal system can initially be a bit difficult (i.e. the naming of the tabs are not always clear), but once you know where to click, it's not too bad.

  • Background workflow good but still not as flexible as others, Salesforce service cloud for example.
