Pros

It is a reliable platform where you can setup end-to-end surveys, from E-Nps to sms questions in a few clicks. Every report is downloadable to .csv so you can plot on a databse or sheet such as excel, and also you can use integrations and an API to connect other software there

Cons

Since 2017, they didnt develop any relevant new functions, and their system to search and retrieve older customer opinions arent as simple as it could be. Also, set up whatsapp surveys are very expensive
