It is a reliable, but expensive, program to setup and send surveys.PROS
Easy step-by-step survey setup and customizable answer templates, with an omnichannel survey sender (ranging from Whatsapp to the traditional E-mail)CONS
The tool did not received new features or substantial updates since 2018, and searching the survey database beeing a very annoying thing to do (it looks like a big excel spreadsheet).
