Functional, Modern, Friendly UI, Good UX & Beautiful Report

360-degree view for contact, the design easily to view - track - addin - functionally. Deals could add Multiple Contact depends on Company Hierarchy which as Decision Maker, Influencer, .... Customization is the greatest, you could input a ton of text boxes. Report - Goals in one place and virtual to view also edit. This Upilot rock the CRM game. You should try it.

PROS

Goals - Reporting - Forecast - Close Ratio,... a lot of report you could enable as Dial in Upilot. They make Report in beautiful, easy to see and track. That help you navigate sales process & plan & track for other activity (team using is great, I'm use for myself). 360 degree view, easily add other activity OR follow up. Pipeline & Deal table is colorful, virtual.

CONS

For my only experiences, it's a little delay when open a record, thats it. Everything is great, I trial a dozen of CRM before and could make a commit with you that Upilot is the greatest one you should never miss it. Bulk Edit for Default/ Customize field is not available. Each page only view as 50 not more.

Reason for choosing UPilot

They have a 360-degree view friendly that helps you review deal OR make a decision faster. They offer you a forecast/ goals/ activity report... something could replace with Upilot but not beauty.

Absolutely amazing customer service and support; beautiful dials to track sales and growth.

They are always available for support; they respond quickly and are very careful to make sure we understand the process we are trying to learn. They have even helped us by doing a job for us! Everyone is friendly and makes us feel like we know them, and they know us.

PROS

We love the way UPilot makes us effective and efficient with our contacts and deals. We do not worry now about customers "falling through the cracks." I wanted a CRM that did not make our Reps data entry people, BUT that actually functioned to help them do their job and stay close to their customers. UPilot does exactly that. UPilot provides the information to have monthly meetings with our Reps has been very helpful in showing them where they need work and where they are exceeding.

CONS

None right now as they are continuously working to make their product better; and, we benefit from this improvement.

A comprehensive solution for small business owners

I recently used UPilot for my small business and was extremely satisfied with the results. The platform was easy to navigate and offered a wide range of features that helped streamline my workflow and increase productivity.

PROS

One of the things I appreciated the most about UPilot was the customer service. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the team was quick to respond and provide helpful solutions.In terms of features, UPilot offers everything a small business could need. From project management tools to invoicing and payment options, the platform has it all. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for me to manage all aspects of my business from one central location.Overall, I highly recommend UPilot for any small business owner looking to streamline their workflow and increase efficiency.

CONS

However, there are a few cons to consider. One is that the platform can be a bit pricey for smaller businesses on a tight budget. Another is that some of the advanced features may be overwhelming for users who are new to project management software. Finally, there have been occasional issues with the platform's stability, resulting in occasional downtime.

For the first time, using a CRM felt like fun!

I have used several leading CRMs, and as a user, it made me cringe to think about entering data and using them. What surprised and impressed me when I started using UPilot, was that they not only made it extremely easy to transition over to their system, but I actually wanted to use it because the interface is so strong, attractive, and even fun/engaging. The UI (which is more important than I realized), the functionality, and the simplicity are the key advantages of UPilot. I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to upgrade their current CRM.

Integrations with Marketing system - but then I guess they would roll them out with time

UPilot is an efficient and effective CRM

The mapping components of UPilot are very helpful for us working with global airlines enabling hyper-target search, updates, et al. based on various search criteria surrounding contacts and deals. Customer support is very responsive and willing to go the extra mile.

PROS

As I drive much outbound prospecting, aspects of managing outreach and follow-up tracking is quite useful - the interface provides an excellent flow for this

A very impressive CRM software with a gamification driven design.

2-way email, visual Sale pipeline, Amazing dashboards, Ease of use, Amazing support.

PROS

The app is really fast (compared to many other SaaS), and the design is impressive. It is clean and easy to use and administer.

CONS

Nothing important to mention as least liked. They do not have a free plan, but then again, the product is designed for larger teams and not freelancers.
