The solution also enables users to view the location of their visitors and interact with them on the mobile devices as well.

Visitlead offers real-time monitoring of website visitors, co-browsing, interactive widgets and other features such as scroll heat maps that show on which sections of a webpage customers spend the most time. It allows companies to dynamically update the content on webpages, tailoring it to specific individuals based on their browsing activity and history.

Other features of the solution include pre-chat surveys, chat ratings, transcripts, multilanguage spellchecker and analytics support. Users can also customize the chatbox as per their business requirements. Services are offered on a per-user, per-month subscription model.

Cons

needs some time to get familiar with the workspace, no mobile app found - but responsive web interface exists.
