The solution allows users to embed a call-to-action button on the company's website. Clicking the button initiates real-time video communication between customers and the service representative. At the end of the communication, the customers can share experiences regarding their purchases on social media. Users can also embed the live chat feature on their website to address customer queries more efficiently.

Whisbi offers a reporting feature to track customer activity from the start to gain information in order to make more informed decisions about customer support and marketing activities. The conversational Chabot feature helps companies engage with leads and convert these leads into customers. Support is provided via knowledge base.
