  • Pros

  • I love how easy it is to use to communicate with our guests. The automatons have been so helpful to our business especially during covid.
  • We like its integration with our reservation software and resulting automatization of the guest registration and check/in process.
  • Cons

  • Channel system can become confused. Some rooms numbers don't associate with right profile, can message wrong guests unless it is caught by user.
  • The notification sound gets a little annoying but we just silence if needed.

  • The customer supports from Wix is really good and I noted Wix getting better progress with the time.
  • We've easily integrated a google calendar into our page, which has been helpful for our neighbors. One of my other favorite features is the ability to uniquely edit the mobile version of the site.
  • Cons

  • The main issue I have with Wix is the price when compared to other Web hosts out there. The contract also auto renews without warning, which is very frustrating.
  • What I dislike most about Wix is that it seems to be missing a few features that other website building softwares offer.
