"The system does have an initial tough learning curve but it has improved to be sufficient."

"The transcription of the call turns it into a nearly perfect notetaking service, and it can also enhance your meeting skills by showing you the ratio of time you spoke compared to the other people in the call. Plus it can even contextualize portions of a call to help you spot problem or opportunity areas."
