PROS

Wolken gives you complete control over internal structures and workflows, allowing you to manage and deal with all events, service requests, change requests and more efficiently throughout the organization. Helps Simply put, Vilkin Enterprise Service Desk allows you to take care of all internal issues and concerns from a single platform.

CONS

The biggest problem with the Wolken service desk is an interface that manages helpdesk tickets through an IT engineer, but also for customers. It's ugly, hard to use, not intuitive. Anyone who needs to use this tool will need training. This is a big disadvantage these days when software companies are trying to provide outstanding user experience and usability in UI when selling software.
