A good cloud base CRM for project management
Ease of use, one place for almost all of my data, financial, operations, leads, etc. I really liked the fact of being able to log in from any computer and update projects.
PROSEase of use, and ability to update records within a given project. Also the fact that I can access the CRM through my smart phone. It's also beneficial to have my leads in one place and too track them as well.
CONSThere is a opportunity to add a automation process. For instance, if I want an automatic email to be delivered once a certain milestone is met, it would be nice for the system to send it, based on a process that I setup ahead of time.

Great Saas to connect virtual offices and teams: more than a CRM
We've been using WorkEtc now for 2 years. Before WorkEtc we ran Daylite as our central CRM but when I (the boss) needed to spend considerable time out of the office we needed a solution that was quick and efficient via the internet. We looked at a number of different solutions but chose WorkEtc as it was more than just a CRM. One of the key features that we were won over on was the Project Management/Invoicing process; WorkEtc allowed us to generate and post project related invoices to Xero at great ease.
PROSWorkEtc is a good solution for virtual teams and virtual offices to keep their data connected. It works well for employees in different time zones and different countries. We've been able to partially automate some business processes, including support cases, projects, tasks, and invoicing.
CONSWe've been disappointed with the 'clunkiness' and time consuming way of tracking time for projects and generating invoices. We use another solution to track project time (which doesn't have invoicing capabilities) and enter the time into the invoice manually. For some reason the workflow for WorkEtc is not as efficient as the other solution. Their customer support team is very efficient however it feels as if product development is slow and often behind schedule. (Sign up because you like the features they have, not the features they are promising.)

Not my favorite CRM
It was fairly intuitive to figure out how to enter data. It was also really customizable which was necessary for us.
CONSIt didn’t integrate well with our email, which is kind of the whole point.

Reducing the number of "info silos" is the #1 benefit. Get rid of CRM, support ticket management, project management, database entries, notes, untracked email, work timers, and more....because ALL are part of WorkEtc. Customization tools the #2 benefit. Create 'Smart Lists' (based on info already contained in WorkEtc (instead of separate spreadsheets for everything). Create standard (YOUR 'custom standard' projects, email replies, etc. Do it once and ensure it's done the same way every time.

Work[etc] is my jam!
We do not see the world as it is, but we see the world as we are. Worketc allows me to see the situation as it is. When I say situation I mean the project status, stage, etc. I am able to fully access the phases and status of current accounts and customers. It's very important for me to be able to stay on top of a customer because I have hundreds and hundreds of customers and I need to be able to rememeber their dogs' names, diseases, house orientations, etc etc. Hence worketc.
PROSFully customizable. Very easy to integrate to other programs like quickbooks. We use it for accounting.
CONSYou have to exit one section before you edit another.

WORK[etc] is a great app for tracking lots of detail about lots of customers, with a few specific weaknesses.
WORK[etc] is a great app for tracking lots of detail about lots of customers, with a few specific weaknesses. The detail tracked by WORK[etc] in terms of support is outstanding, with a DETAILED audit trail being the one key missing feature. Project management is solid, although the GANTT chart could use a few more features, in my opinion. That said, it works very well. Sub-projects are a great feature under project management as well. Time sheets are easy to use. Wish recurring invoices could automatically become billable, but not the end of the world. The package is great for getting everyone on one system. Not necessarily best of breed across the board, but gets everyone in the company on the same page.
PROS-Solid project management. -Great support system. -Awesome support staff who is always there to help. They will truly get to know your business.
CONS-Missing small features here or there that aren't make or break. -Has no resource allocation, which is huge for project managers.

Great CRM, Highly Respected
​ I love the timesheets they really help me keep organized and make me feel better about what I have done in the day. We use the support ticket feature the most and I couldn't see being able to do my job without it. It allows us to stay organized, upload attachments and make sure we're not stepping on each others toes. If I ever branch off and start my own company I'm definitely going to make sure I have this service. ​We use it heavily in the support department because of the support ticket feature. The product development department uses it to meet project deadlines. Overall it keeps us all on track so that no two people are doing the same job, and lets us know where others are at on their work. ​

Software to Run a Business
We've been running for years with a pieced together system that involved a billing system, a ticketing system, a bunch of spreadsheets, and a new CRM every few weeks. We tried getting systems to integrate, and play nice. It wasn't until we discovered WorkETC that we found a solution. We have been able to more than double our productivity and bandwidth because the software integrates everything we need in one place. The mobile version of the software is crucial during the times we're meeting with the clients, or are on the road looking for information. It's fast, easy, and it just works.
PROSEase of use. Fast loading. Information at our fingertips.
CONSThis is a tough one. Perhaps the user interface is a little clunky. Trying to make adjustments to projects and tech support cases isn't as easy as we'd like. We find that just leaving notes and making the changes when we've returned to the desktop is a little easier. But means a little more time.

Excellent. The team at WORK etc have gone above and beyond to get this up and running for us.
This software has helped our business grow much faster than expected. We are now in the 21st century with this CRM. Moving away from paper has been the best thing for us

WorkEtc
We use WorkEtc in a CPA firm for tracking customers, projects, support requests, and discussion among staff. The combination of a singular customer database among functional areas is a big productivity boost for our firm. We have yet to use some of the marketing and sales features but what we have been able to use is great.
PROSCustomer portal is useful for getting customer information Customizable forms are great for capturing data from the portal and on our company sites. Customer Support functionality is excellent for getting the customer needs cataloged to be address and measured.
CONSPortal needs more development. Has so many features it can be overwhelming

Great Business Management Solution
In the realm of business management solutions for small businesses, Work, Etc., is definitely among the top. A single source for CRM, PM, Financial Management, Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and reporting made Work, Etc., a no brainer. The level and speed of support is excellent, the platform rock-solid and documentation is crystal clear. Comes highly recommended.

CONSWith such an all-encompassing solution, it is quite the commitment to learn and move everything. Once up to speed, however, you probably won't want to run without it.

Powerful and adaptable
I think one of my favorite things about Worketc is that it's so powerful. You have a CRM that has the ability to contain all your customer data in one place, but then all that customer info can be connected to projects, support cases, invoices, events, appointments. It's easy to modify, you won't need an act of congress to make changes. Then you have the ability of being able to access it through the mobile apps.

I liked the options available to personalize how you use the system. You can try different ways and see which works most efficient for your company.
CONSThere may be too many options- too many ways to file documents, which may make it hard to locate where something is filed.

Best CRM and all in one solution
We use Work Etc for our CRM, project management, time tracking, billing and customer login - when I have a problem, they respond right away and believe it or not - they actually correct the problem! I'm serious here, we had an issue with using paypal to process payments - it was very important to our business that it be corrected imediately - their cusomter support got right on it and within a day they had adjusted the coding and correct the issue. If you're tired of sitting on the phone with companies like intuit who have no interest in making your pain go away - make the switch to Work Etc. you will not regret it. Also Xero integration works great!

Consistent Consultancy
I've been using WORKetc for four years now and have watched it's continued evolution into what I now consider to be a critical tool for running my business consultancy business. WORKetc doesn;t just manage my customer relationships, it ensures that I can run multiple projects, provide customers with support, share work and communicate across teams, track sales leads, manage my finances and get more sleep too!
PROS- Has all the tools I need to run a business providing multiple products and services. - Easy to understand interface - Excellent support from the WORKetc team - Great API integrations - Affordable (Ssh don't tell them)
CONS- Gmail integration good, but doesn't yet auto-mark emails as read in WORKetc dashboard.

the tools that brought our growth
We are a french communication agency and we use WORKetc since one year. During this year we have doubled in size. With WORKetc we could empower our project managers on monitoring and billing of their projects. We use forms to our website. 3-4 leads are automatically reassembled each week ! The mobile version and syncho gmail is perfect for sharing and managing our agendas. For our industry, WORKetc is more than CRM is an ERP!

Changed our world
Straight up, when I first looked at WORK[etc] over two years ago I wondered if it would be a worthwhile investment compared to the four free (but completely separate apps) I was using at the time. Looking back it was, without a doubt, the best decision ever made. Bringing everything into an intuitive central system with excellent integration into other fantastic apps such as Xero and Evernote has made managing multiple clients and projects at once a breeze.
PROSGreat support when (if) needed from people who understand business, not just the software.

Good option if integrating various apps is your main pain point
This is a very comprehensive suite of must have services that include CRM, collaboration and billing. Each individual service offer a comprehensive set of features. It compares well to other integrated solutions such as Zoho or Salesforce.com and offers more than single function products that only do invoicing, time tracking or CRM.

The best and only management tool to use!
WorkETC is a great tool! It helps with project management, and the things you can do to manage your projects are excellent. It's helped with keeping up with leads, invoicing and account management. The team is great, and are always improving. I've been with them since they pretty much started and the support has been just wonderful.

Work Etc in Accounting
I am working with a rapidly growing accounting / tax firm who recently chose to include WorkEtc as a way to organize projects, communicate with staff and clients, invoice, etc. WorkEtc has helped us not only change the way we conduct business but also changed the way we communicate and interact with clients.
PROSProject scheduling has been streamlined. Instead of multiple logs, we now have one place to go to to see where all jobs stand!!

Awesome software
I like this software because it is very easy to use and you can do many things with. It's like many software integrated in one. My favorite feature is project management. It's kind of like using MS project but in more simple. I think this software is good value for money and awesome for small start ups that don't have a big budget to spend in software. Moreover, there are many videos to train you and to help you understanding every feature of work[etc].

We used this to manage the entire business workflow from end to end. Through lead management, opps, bookings and billings. The latest interface version makes the application easy to use and find information rapidly, integration with other apps is excellent. Another great feature is the ability to backup and export all of your organisations data, we used this to provide deeper analytics using the Tableau software platform.

Working, etcetera with Work[ETC]
I wanted location independence for my business and this app was the clincher that sold me on using WorkETC for my entire business operations. VERY well done, and I'm in the mobile app manufacturing business myself! The learning curve for the entire system is rough, but worth the pain. The Support from this company is over the top amazing. (But you will need them to get started...)

Brings Everyone On The Team Together
Before using Work[etc.] our teams were scattered in various SaaS options, which prevented transparency and caused disconnect between employees. We have been live on Work[etc.] for a little over 2 months now, and have made tremendous progress. At first it may seem overwhelming with the complexity and options it provides, but our staff has quickly gotten used to using Work[etc.]

It's the Mutt's Nuts
I tried about 20 systems before settling with WORK[etc] - by far the best business decision I ever made. Excellent multi-purpose system and utterly awesome support whenever I needed any help along the way. It was also obvious that the Support Team not only now the sysetm, but they know Business Management too - turns out most of them also run or have run their own businesses.
