About Workever

Workever is an electrical estimating software that helps businesses manage field service operations and jobs. With Workever, managers can import customer data and assign tasks to field workers using the drag-and-drop interface. Other features include customizable branding, scheduling, GPS tracking, purchase orders, timesheets and more.

It allows stakeholders to manage jobs, quotes, invoices, customers, and schedules and access job information in real-time. Additionally, Workever allows managers to track field workers' locations and send detailed job reports to clients.

It's great to use once you get in the habit of using it

Over all it was a good experience and would recommend for anyone who has a large team that they need to manage. Especially in the marketing/communications field.

Pros:

Workforce is a great program to keep track of all of the team members progress on a project. I worked in a team with members in Kansas, Montana and Colorado. Workforce helped us all keep track with progress and tasks.

Cons:

It was hard to get into the habit of checking in with Workforce to keep it up-to-date. It would be nice if there were some kind of plug-in to keep track of progress as you work.

BEST OF THE BEST PERIOD !!

We have used workever for over 5 years and in my opinion Workever is the worlds number one work automation,multifuntional service CRM platform of this century developed and supported by a great team of people with morden day openminded B2B rapport and mentalities. Growing and running a business can be somtimes be like a tricky roller coaster ride however now called work ever but inntially called workforce and its team has also work with us along that entire roller coaster ride, every barier and turn was resolved with a positive outcome. - Fully automated - Paperless - mulitifuntional - Field sevice speration from engineer, client & office( office controls who sees what )

Cons:

User subscription can become pricey to your comanpany however can or could make more sense chagerble to the user's email account than to the company it self leaveing each new user to pay for their subsctions that does also depend on how you company works.

Using Workever will make you sleep easier.

Pros:

The 'ease' of use. The quick support if needed. Exceptional. A sheduling software you rely on. Not complicated and user friendly.

Cons:

Some features need to be added into the plans as standard. Hopefully this will come. Text messaging features should be added in as standard with a fair usage limit, as text in the modern day are free with most mobile phone plans. Shouldn't be a premium to pay on the upper tier plans.

Workever is used daily all through the day by both. Both our admins and electrical trades are very happy with its efficiency.

Pros:

Our company loves Workever, we use it as a team. It is extremely user friendly and great value for money. Set up was simple and the customer support has been great.

Cons:

For our trades this is awesome, however would also like to be able to access Workever as an Administrator as I travel a lot and can't check on jobs if I am not at a computer. Would like to be able to do it off my phone as well. Sometimes there is a little lag between changing frames you are in. Find later in the evenings if I am working late, it may freeze occassionally.

It is very easy to use. Tracking workloads and assigning work to field workers is great. Real-time updating on task lists is perfect for staying on target.

Cons:

There arent really any for the purposes of the work we do

Pros:

Having a single place to store vital business data on past, current and future works with all information at the touch of a button...it’s a game changer for us! We’ve been using workever for a while now and even though the system in itself is worth every penny, it’s their customer service and attention to users that beats all competition.

Cons:

Takes a little getting used too at first as its not as immediately intuitive as other versions. For smaller companies, it’s best to be run using the web based version on a pc, laptop or tablet etc

Overall it's a great product, and it continues to evolve, we will definitely continue using this product for the coming years.

Pros:

It works perfectly for us as we need a solid system in place as we do multiple jobs in one day, with multiple engineers, and we need an efficient end to end process to quote, schedule and invoice work. This ensures this process and nothing falls through the cracks!

Cons:

IMO there are improvements that can be made however every business is different and what works for us may not work for someone else. There are a few processes that could be simplified there are a few things we have to manually input that could possibly be automated, but generally speaking its pretty good!

Because its much more lightweight and cheaper than commusoft, I can't remember unfortunately why we chose it over jobber.
