Zoho offers a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution tailored to the needs of small and midsized businesses. Its interface includes CRM tools such as sales and marketing automation, customer support and a help desk, product configuration and reporting and customer analytics.

Zoho CRM offers multichannel support, allowing businesses to connect with their customers via email, live chat, phone and through social media. The gamification feature allows businesses to gamify their sales process and reward employees who achieve their targets. The mobile edition gives users access to sales activities and customer info on iPad, iPhone and Android devices.

Zoho CRM's Blueprint helps in automating sales processes by defining workflows and macros for regular activities. Zoho can integrate with several existing software solutions, including Google Docs, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint. It also offers add-on applications designed for specialized business, collaboration and productivity needs.

Zoho offers per user per month subscription pricing.

A useful tool for running the business

Pros

You can customize the features to fit the needs of your company. And you can choose to back up the data if you want to do that. It is fairly easy to user and I would say it has a user-friendly interface.

Cons

It can be a little expensive for a small business. And You would not get good customer support if you need it during weekends.

Best Customisation CRM !

It helps to optimise our sales efforts. Zoho CRM provide us multiple templates, helps us to merge email. It is the best CRM tool because of it's customisation feature.

Best CRM I've used

Pros

I liked the ability to create automation and macros easily by using this tool. It streamlines our entire onboarding process with customers.

Love the Visuals!

Pros

I love the visuals that you can create with this software! The graphs help me visualize how things are going and what I need to work on!

Cons

I feel like there are a lot of different options and different tools that can be used with the software, but at times I felt like I was a bitter overwhelmed with all the tools, but not enough guidance on how I could implement them.

A great, low cost alternative

Pros

It is easy to use once you learn it and it has everything i need for a small scale operation like the one i run. I dont need to manage hundreds of people/customers so it works just fine for what I need to do.

Cons

Being new to the CRM scene, it took a bit of time to learn how to set this up, but once i got the hang of it it was pretty simple! I like it better than other higher costing services ,but there is a bit less functionality

Zoho is good...but not great yet.

The ease of out of the box use and how you adjust field fairly easily. I like the price and the fact you can interact with other programs.

Cons

It still doesn’t have the customization that some of their competitors have. And getting someone on the line to help you was not the easiest process, nor the quickest.

Great tool for recruitment

is good to have this tool for all the employees of recruitment

Pros

is a great tool for my team of recruitment because with the info they can give to th tool you can get a great database with candidates and upload all the info of the candidate

it has the backup option for back all the data every time you want

Cons

its a little bit expencive and if your team it havent use zoho give the basics and explain all the structure of zoho and the main tools so they can start using the tool

the backup you have to pay separatly

Better Call Center

It is very simple and convenient to use. You can customize it as per your company's work. It is the best when it comes to inspecting your client and sales.

Cons

I used Zoho at my part time work as a call center executive, so we couldn't do direct calling as it was set up with Skype and it wouldn't connect with any VOIP, and sometimes when we had technical issues we cannot reach the customers service promptly especially during weekends.
