Zoho offers a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution tailored to the needs of small and midsized businesses. Its interface includes CRM tools such as sales and marketing automation, customer support and a help desk, product configuration and reporting and customer analytics.

Zoho CRM offers multichannel support, allowing businesses to connect with their customers via email, live chat, phone and through social media. The gamification feature allows businesses to gamify their sales process and reward employees who achieve their targets. The mobile edition gives users access to sales activities and customer info on iPad, iPhone and Android devices.

Zoho CRM's Blueprint helps in automating sales processes by defining workflows and macros for regular activities. Zoho can integrate with several existing software solutions, including Google Docs, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint. It also offers add-on applications designed for specialized business, collaboration and productivity needs.

Zoho offers per user per month subscription pricing.

    It is a very complete tool, which allows you to maintain the order of your contacts and daily agenda in an incredible way, it is very easy to use and has a very clean interface.

    I like all it's features and the fact that a customer is able to connect with your customers telephonic and also that our customers are able to access their past purchases

    I use Zoho daily. The calendar feature is a 'must have' option for companies these days. And Zoho has that!

    Pros

    It makes it easy to give access to the files to the limited number of individuals in my team. It is a very simple to use interface with lots of features that will work easy and keeps us up to date with our follow-ups. Zoho also tells me when my colleagues are online.

    Cons

    There are no dislikes. In my opinion, this is the best option for the price.

    It is excellent, one of the best as the title says and it is good for every business no matter is a little or big one.

    Pros

    I like all the management tools that it provides from projects, leads, contacts, deals, etc.
    One thing that really impressed me is that you can edit your Quotes templates as you want with HTML, which gives you a lot more freedom than using a basic editor.
    In a few words, you can have a lot of stuff under control with this software.

    Cons

    The only thing that should improve a little is having some tutorials on how to do stuff because the first time I used it, I was kinda lost.

    Zoho has been an absolute savior in terms of maintaining information on our companies client list. From products to contact information, Zoho makes it easy to set up a client and maintain a fleshed out profile for reference. Most of all Zoho is easy to use. With all our clientele information feeding to Zoho, reports are easily trackable and is our go to place for anything related to our clients.

    Cons

    The largest complaint I can find is in order to gain access to more customization fields, you need to upgrade to a better license, however this isn't always ideal as you'll end up paying more for features you might not need when the solution you're looking for should be already available.

    If you're just getting started with CRMs - start with Zoho

    This CRM is easy to set up and it's quite useful when you're getting started with setting up your sales process. It will have all your leads data and will save you a lot of time if your entire team can collaborate on tasks. So for starters, without having to spend much, and compromising a tad bit on UI/UX - you're good with Zoho CRM.

    Pros

    Zoho is cheap. And that is what I like most about htis software. It's economical for any kind of business - yet not compromising a lot on important features. Customization is fairly simple and easy. That's a big plus when it comes to maintaining your funnel with the kind of business you've got.

    Cons

    What I least like about Zoho is their support. When I initially started using it and wanted to go about checking for certain features, I spent hours in the internet surfing for answers in their official Forum. As it turns out, there are no updated answers to old issues. I realized support has not done a great job with hundreds of queries people had on different features (marketing automation, tracking etc)

    While it's buggy, I'm afraid to raise support issues with the kind of experience people have faced in their support forum.

    My startup was able to get custom email (@_____) extensions at the very start to increase our professional look.

    Just the fact that it's a separate login to something I don't use for anything else, but once linked to your phone's mail, it's seamless.

    I liked the free trial and the possibilities it seemed to have.

    Cons

    I did not like how my customers came over. I had over 2k and they needed to be split into groups and also the fields took too long to format. I think with a smaller amount they would have worked fine.

    We needed a simple and affordable CRM system. Many of the ones we reviewed had way too many features for a small company like us. We just wanted a way to track emails by customer, diarize follow up and any tasks. Basically keep everything in one place, but able to share it between staff.

    Pros

    Zoho CRM is fully customizable. You can use the parts you need and ignore the rest.

    Cons

    Difficult to connect and add-in the various components.
