Zoho offers a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution tailored to the needs of small and midsized businesses. Its interface includes CRM tools such as sales and marketing automation, customer support and a help desk, product configuration and reporting and customer analytics.

Zoho CRM offers multichannel support, allowing businesses to connect with their customers via email, live chat, phone and through social media. The gamification feature allows businesses to gamify their sales process and reward employees who achieve their targets. The mobile edition gives users access to sales activities and customer info on iPad, iPhone and Android devices.

Zoho CRM's Blueprint helps in automating sales processes by defining workflows and macros for regular activities. Zoho can integrate with several existing software solutions, including Google Docs, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint. It also offers add-on applications designed for specialized business, collaboration and productivity needs.

Decent CRM Software

I am still a beginner with Zoho CRM, but so far I like it much better that others that I have used. If I have a question, I just ask my Marketing Director or you can even e-mail support and they get right back to you.

Pros

Having used some of the more expensive CRM software programs out there, this one is pretty easy to use and a great value for the money. I like the Blueprint feature whereby my administrator can help us Account Executives guide us through the sales process. It literally tells you what to do next. I find it extremely helpful!

Cons

This CRM is definitely one that takes some getting used to, just like any new CRM. At first, I was a little overwhelmed, but now I can close my Tasks and management can pull reports showing my performance.

Easier than other CRMs

I have setup business email and was able to use in minutes..blog support is great to solve issues

Pipeline CRM

This application software the strength on this side is it can monitoring outcome via pipeline, also you can management you sales. also recommended for newbies they will not have problem on this.

Zoho CRM is a good CRM option but not the best

Pros

Zoho CRM is designed well, is very easy to use, has a good email platform, and is provided on a secure web server.

Cons

Zoho CRM is not at it highest potential yet due to lack of advertisements. It is not the most user friendly and does contain bugs.

Really good email

I have been using Zoho for over 2 years and is really easy to use and my employees fell the same way, is always nice to have a company email, show the clients credibility, and make them feel confident suring our coversations

Pros

I love Zoho, is user-friendly, they are always doing updates, my employees are happy having their own company email, highly recommended.

Cons

The notification in the app is not always showing it.

For me, this has enabled my business to grow exponentially

Very positive, never raised a ticket or questions the customer services, their support documentation and just uptime and user-friendlyness has been perfect for us over the last couple of years, I can't think of anythign negative to say.

Pros

The suite of tools all designed for productivity and communication in mind. This has enabled me to deal with myriad software projects, I keep my clients in the loop, my devs and pertinent project management stays in order, financial records, payments and record keeping and above all else, time management and communication. Compartmentalisation ensures that my sales guys see what they need, development guys and clients all see what they need without intersecting unless required. I, as the administrator can oversee all and ensure everything is happening in a timely and smooth manner. I utilise their mobile apps as well so that I can stay in the loop while away from the computer, be it on the train or on holiday.

Cons

The price point for me is well worth it because it is a fraction of the net worth of even one of the myriad projects that I am able to develop utilising this suite of software. However, I imagine that a smaller operation might well find the top tier pricing out of their league, there are alternatives, though none that I can imagine are as useful as Zoho, I've tried a few over the years and we didn't stick with any of those whereas we have gone with Zoho for the reasons mentioned above. That being said, there are free versions which would fit smaller outfits and cheaper options than the top tier.

Best to manager your leads

Pros

1. Option to create your own workflow.
2. Option to define custom fields and based on the fields you will get the reports.
3. Tracking option is too good.
4. Awesome reporting structure and graphs.

Cons

System should suggest the workflow based on the selected fields, currently user needs to invest a lot of time to create workflow.

Complete CRM Software Solution

Pros

We have been using Zoho CRM for about a year now, and we just love that everything we need to manage our contacts and leads are within the Zoho CRM Solution. If the included fields aren't enough, you can easily create your own, and Zoho makes sales and marketing automation quite easy since everything is in the dashboard. No need to use several different tools and software which saves both time and money.

Cons

I think the only thing that needs improvement with Zoho is that the UI feels dated. A cleaner, flatter interface would be nice, but this isn't really something that affects performance, just aesthetics.

A good tool if you're using marketing automation

Pros

You can run your Google ads, campaigns, and other online web form signups and track results all in one place.

Cons

You have to enter forecast information, which may skew results. For example, when engaging in a trade show, you can set up a profile of what you want to obtain for leads, revenue, etc. but sometimes this is difficult to predict so it makes a feature like this somewhat useless.

Basic but gets the job done

Love love love

I love it, I use it everyday and I highly recommend it.

Pros

I love zoho I currently use it to administer our company survey data. There are tons of ways to customize the survey with question type and design.

Cons

I like least that there are not more styles of report..however there are more than any other survey generator so that really isn't even a complaint.

Pros

Zoho is a great relationship management tool, and is easy to use once you play around with it.

Sometimes the program will "x" out on it own. I think they are still trying to work on fixing these bugs.

Zoho CRM is really great. In the App I can consult any customer, include notes and read the service history. Also, I can see all the address data and open it directly on Maps and use the GPS to get to the client.

Cons

I had many problems at the beginning to test the application, passoword problems, login problems, and had a certain delay to solve

Zoho was a great system that made communicating with other team members a lot easier and stress free. I was on a University Student Council creating events for all students - by working well with other members, we were able to deliver effectively on the projects we took on!

Pros

The best part about Zoho CRM is the connectivity between all users. If you have a document that you want to send, share, edit, etc. Zoho provides so many options that will help you manage your projects and work with others

Cons

Depending on how large the files are, it will be relatively slower compared to other files being dealt with. This wasn't too much of an issue for me as we were not a very large organization and could work with some obstacles like this

Fun tool for what you get

I liked using the tool, but I have to wonder about the security of cloud-based software that doesn't have big bucks behind it.

Pros

I used Zoho when it was just a Basecamp type of program. It has developed some features that can be helpful in other areas.

Cons

There was some limited functionality unless you paid higher fees.

Everything. I ended up going back to the original CRM software I had. So hard to navigate. Doesn't sync with anything and if so I had no clue how to do it. So hard to use
