CONS

User-friendly solution for nteractive video meetings

We used teh free version of Zoom at first for iaccount review meetings. Then during the pandemic, we extended the use of the platform to customer meetings and upgraded to the paid version as the frequency of conferences and the size of the audience increased. Zoom proved to be a very efficient productivity tool and the investement was recovered much quicker than expected through the increase of revenue and fast growth of the sales pipeline.

PROS

No brainer user interface with good video and sound quality. easy 1-click procedure to join meetings and friendly layout of the presentation scenery.

CONS

Caution required as it's a known fact that hackers disclose Zoom accounts on the dark web.

Excellent automation platform for small to large businesses

PROS

ZooM is one of the best software to automate our daily sales business. ZooM software helps retailers , distributors, manufacturers to manage their on site customers, account details , orders. This software also help to plan future activities and goals to grow our business by creating reports and surveys and analysis, tracking system.

CONS

ZooM is not that much compatible for iOS or Mac. Although, I am still using this software so I like this software, at start this software's dashboard is bit confusing but after understanding all the features now I can use this software confidently.

Zoom - A good value for money

Overall, it gives good value for money, especially if the size of organization which is looking for cost friendly tool.

PROS

In my view, outlook is great, eye catching and create interest to use it. Overall it help to track progress of team and provide platform for communication

CONS

In term of negative, I think there are a lot of room for new features such as creating target or budget in system which act as reminder to the team to meet. In term of implementation, it took a while as it is not easier with Mac operating system.

Try Zoom if you're seeking for a buddy to help you improve your product distribution and tracking system. It's a comprehensive tool that makes accepting orders and conducting surveys a breeze.

CONS

The greatest disadvantage of this program is that it is only compatible with Android devices. The app is not compatible with iOS devices. Because the majority of people use iOS, there were issues with accessing the mobile app and the tools within it.

Love this product!

The experience is good, but not great. It hasn’t been updated in a while, it definitely looks outdated

The product is the best of its category, mostly because of lack of competition, nevertheless it is the most complete solution

CONS

There are a lot of security concerns specially in terms of information flows If you don’t have issues with that, go ahead. But it’s probably a deal breaker for bigger enterprises

Once you go ZooM you can’t go back.

Experience was wonderful with zoom! Customer service was amazing and made it really easy if we had any questions.

PROS

At first I was skeptical as to how it was different from other software that we had used. After I used it, I understood exactly what it was needed. The dependability is unmatched.

CONS

The setup was quite easy, but I could see how it could be a hassle to some people at times. Super easy to use once it’s all setup though.

One of the best Sales Force Automation solutions

Overall experience is good. It always nice to know and track your your sales force and automate at the same time with ZooM.

PROS

You can easily track what exactly is happening in the field. You can easily track all of your sales team and it also minimizes the coordination time between field and the backend team. The moment an action is performed by a sales executive, it is followed by an email and an SMS. Any action performed by a field executive and automatically shared with MIS and appropriate action is taken based on your flowchart.

CONS

The only thing abut ZooM is that it has only email support.

PROS

The app is very easy to understand and use. Our sales team does not take a long training time but can use it nicely.

CONS

The design of the app can be 'cooler' and now the look is quite plain. But it doesn't affect the usability though.

Frequent user of ZooM

I will continue to choose and utilize ZooM weekly.

PROS

I love the Padlet and the creativity to set up according to my needs for the meeting or training I am conducting. I love creating breakout rooms and popping in on each room to check in and answer questions.

CONS

I do not have any concerns with ZooM at this time.

Very young CRM/POS software

We only ran ZooM through a POC for less than a year for a customer. In the end it wasn't something we could recommend to our customers.

PROS

It's very simple and basic interface doesn't take much time to learn.

CONS

ZooM is not iOS or Mac compatible. This means if you buy ZooM you do not have the option run it on iOS in the near future. I'm not sure if this is on their roadmap.

Reason for choosing ZooM

We didn't end up going with the product. ZooM wasn't iOS and Mac compatible. Being locked in to licensing with ZooM meant not having the option to use iOS in the future. Besides that, the software has a very basic feel. It doesn't feel like a very mature product. I know all software must start from something but I get the feeling with ZooM that I'm not sure how long it will be around. With POS/CRM/SFA software, it can take a long time to implement (adding products, pricing, etc, etc, etc...) and configure and we were really hesitant to put the time and energy in to it not know how long it will around for.

It's good for starting!

Overall, it's a really good experience, it has some things to tweak, but I would recommend this app to anyone who wants a good sales force automation.

PROS

I tried this sales force software because someone recommended to me. As a graphic designer I sell a lot of t-shirts, stickers and other printed goods. I used it for less than a year, but the interface is very clean and easy to understand. It wasn't hard to set up the inventory or the invoices, which is great because you always want to share a duplicate with the client, all the data is right there! Customer signature feature is great.

CONS

Sometimes the system fails for a while. Not compatible for macOS.

Zoom Review

PROS

The share your screen feature makes it easy to follow along in meetings and classrooms. The video and audio qualities are exceptional. The record feature is especially useful when you need to write minutes for a meeting.

CONS

I have not found any issues since I have started using this software.
