I don't like their customer support service, their customer support reply late and don't solve my issue which is really disappointing.

Coinbase takes more transactions Fee when exchanging Coins from one Wallet to another. Sometimes Server traffic Errors occurs in Coinbase.

Overall, I loved the software and how it is. It will be great if it can reduce the operating fees & better off its customer support.

I am frequently travelling due to my work nature, Coinbase restricts me to logging in if they detect new IP and locations. I know this is for my account safety but it makes me irritating.

I liked the interface layout, It's easy to do deposite, withdraw, trade and transfer tokens. Few offers were their just for trading, which will reward us with free crypto tokens.

The app is almost perfect for storing digital assets.

The problem of this application if we break our phone or if we lose it, if we lose our 12 words, our sentence of our recovery, we cannot reach any customer service to recover our wallet.

Because it is only mobile, the mobile functionality is superior to most other wallets.

Now no matter crypto is illegal in Nepal, I have the safest wallet which stores my crypto assets until crypto is legalized in my country.

As a crypto investor, I need trusting, secure and easy using wallets. I am from Nepal and Crypto is a band in Nepal.

So we always have some TRX stand by for emergency transactions.

The price alerts often stop working as well, which is a pain.

The only con about decentralized storage is impossible to recover funds after losing a security key or phase.

Change of Keypharase forgetting may lead to balance loss. No one can recover our balance after losing security keys.
